I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

I bought this car used. It had about 39,000 miles one it and after owning it for a year the transmission went out in it. Thankfully it was still under warranty. It got w remanufactured transmission put in it with a 1 yr 12,000 miles warranty. Other than that it's about as nice as the Yugo I owned. No frills. No major luxuries. Base model car that get's me from point A to point B which is what I wanted. So it does it's job well. Gas mileage is good. Looks alright. It's not a sports car but it will do highway speeds efficiently.

Aaron, our salesman and Kim the online consultant were great. Jeff was a bit indifferent and unwilling to barter too much. Otherwise, I was happy with the overall experience.

This is the tenth car I've ever owned since I first bought a car in 1977. (The last car I had stood me in good stead for almost 14 years!) I like this Nissan Versa's gas mileage...and I like how the car handles. And this is the first car I've ever had that featured a USB port.

The Versa Note I just purchased for a summer job out in the Hamptons, is perfect for what I need it to do, which is get me to and from work for 4 months, reliability and great on gas. So far so good. The hatchback seat down is a total plus and it does have a cool sporty look...

I've owned this car for almost four years. The only thing I've had to do is change the oil, refill fluids, replace tires (I drive. A LOT.) and buy a new battery. I frequently drive between NC and PA. I don't have cruise control, but it's not an issue. The car is comfortable, the gas mileage is awesome and I've never had a problem. My car only had 4700 miles on it when I bought it (It was a dealership loaner) and it now has more than 53,800 miles on it with no troubles.

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!

Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! No pressure, cars looked great, loved Pierre heroldson very knowledgeable, helpful. I've decided when I buy my car it will be at carmax. Only thing I don't like is paying for transferring car.
