Friendly, straight forward. Clean cars, easy to deal with. Did have to replace the battery after less than a week. Other than that, totally satisfied.
2018 Nissan Leaf review
I purchased the 2018 Leaf new in 2018. The only maintenance I’ve had is new tires and windshield wipers. I’m very happy with the car as I only use it about town. I only wish the range was a little greater than 150 miles. It has gone down to about 140 after 6 years.

Fantastic and helpful team, purchasing with them was no hassle unlike my experiences with other dealerships.
2018 Nissan Leaf review
I BOUGHT A 2018 LEAF SL NEW IN OCTOBER 2018. i HAD A HOME 220 V0LT CHARGER INSTALLED. THE CAR NOW HAS ABOUT 14,000 MILES AND HAS PERFORMED FLAWLESSLY. I DRIVE MOSTLY ON CITY STREETS AND DON'T RECHARGE UNTIL THE BATTERY IS BELOW 20% WHICH IS ABOUT ONCE A WEEK. I HAVE NOTICED THAT IF YOU DRIVE 70 MPH YOUR RANGE WILL DROP TO ABOUT 100 MILES INSTEAD OF THE 160 MILE ADVERTIZED RANGE BUT MOST OF MY DRIVING IS 45 MPH OR BELOW. I ALSO LIKE THE ONE PEDAL DRIVING OPTION WHICH IS GREAT IN TRAFFIC.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Gray Daniel Nissan-Jackson. Our salesman was Ashley Lester and she made the process so easy. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend her if you are in the market to purchase a vehicle.

I left with a 2024 Murano thanks to Mrs. Andrea❤️ I went to look on a Friday. She didn't pressure me into buying. She gave me her card. Told me whatever I wanted to let her know. I did just that. We communicated via text throughout the day. I chose 2 different vehicles. Saturday morning, she called and told me I got you a deal! I didn't stay at the dealership all day either😁She is very patient, kind, and treats you like family. She loves and cares about what her customer wants and its more than a sell or a number to her! She is adamant about making sure her customers have what they want and need. She gave me the sweetest happy! It smells so good! Tell her I sent you! Thank again Andrea💕
2027 Nissan Kicks review
I love this new Kicks. It’s so spacious and comfortable. It drives real smooth. I wanted a small suv but not too small. Dre the car guy at Serra Nissan in Centerpoint. showed me the 2027 Kicks and that was it. Loving it.

The folks we spoke to on the phone tried to help us get a deal on a Ford car. Unfortunately we could not trade with them because we are upside down on the vehicle we were going to trade in. Keli was good to contact us until her boss advised against the trade.
