Meets all of our needs. Seats our family of six comfortably for long road trips with tons of room for luggage. Pulls our Salem Cruise Lite Trailer better than our Ford Expedition. No sag in the back and very little sway. We love our NV.

Nissan NV3500 passenger vans work great for towing our 9,000lb Travel Trailer camper RV. The only issue we've had with these is the rear A/C goes out.

My mustang was having a running problem. I called in and Got Seth who was very helpful with all my questions, the process of how and what would be completed along with time frame. Seth even offered to help with extended warranty company as well. So start to finish Seth was ontop of everything

This is the first large van we have owned. We have owned an Escalade XL, Suburban, and Yukon XL prior. Having the extra space is awesome! Downsides are not having "luxury" options (like DVDs), no option for 4WD, and visors do not have vanity mirrors. Also, so far there are no "all weather" mats available for the back (I think because of all the different seating options). Otherwise we love it!

I love that this vehicle looks like an SUV and not a service vehicle. It?s very comfy for my large family. It?s very easy to drive and back up. It gives us the ability to invite family member for a round trip. We extended our Karaoke session in the car and never really need a media sort of but the space is really convenient and that makes everyone comfortable in every road trip.

Service was prompted and efficient. A little disappointed in the 2% surcharge for use of credit card. I have used Auto Nation exclusively for my Hondas since moving here 2016.

Nissan makes very dependable cars and I have owned 8 different models over the past 20 years . My first Quest had 290k miles and never had anything but brake rotors turned and normal maintenance service performed. I chose the Quest over Dodge minivans because of the power and reliability. These are great vehicles and I also currently have a Pathfinder and a NV 3500 Hightop.

My experience at the O'Neil Nissan dealership was incredible. The salesperson was amazing. He took the time to listen. Offered feed back and helped me make a good choice when buying my new car. There was no pressure to buy. I left the dealership that night, went over the details with my family and went back the next day to finalize the sale. Comfort was great and ride was smooth. The interior feels a bit like an SUV. There are headrests on each seat which is great for safety but hard on visibility, so a backup camera is much more important than in an older style of van. The S trim has no backup camera and no interior lighting in the back, so that's something to be considered. Highway acceleration is great. The engine is out front like a truck, which gives it a unique appearance. There's just a little space behind the back bench, so if you filled the seats you would have very limited cargo room.

I bought my new car here in 2019 and have brought it here for service and regular maintenance ever since. They?re always friendly and professional, they take good care of my car, and I will continue to come here.. highly recommend.

I drove a transit and I was so uncomfortable. It was just too big! I was nervous to drive the NV but it was a night and day experience. Loved it! And so excited to buy one!

Best passenger van ever! Wished it had more storage in back but overall could not be happier. Stylish and drives like a dream! I didn?t want to look like a church van driver so I got red and all my friends are jealous. It drives so smooth and not like a big van. It?s seats are super cushy and not ?basic? like some other brands. There aren?t many passenger van chooses for large families but this stood out. I would recommend it to anyone!

Cole was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. He saw that my repairs were done in a timely manner. I knew I needed an oil change but when they did their Check, they discovered other things that needed to be addressed. He was kind and helped me decide what needed to be done right now and what could wait a bit. I truly appreciate his help and all of the good work at Honda. Excellent care all around !👍
