This visit was a scheduled basic oil, lube/mpi. I was welcomed promptly as I drove into to the reception bay. Work flow was explained. Later several items that needed attention were alerted via text. Checkout about 1 hour later went smooth. The front ( service rep) experience seems better than it was a few years ago. Some new people up front, different management focus. All good.

Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Good Car for Sure But Would Have Chosen a BMW
The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.
