Daven Divine was my salesman. He was very helpful, very accommodating and knowledgeable. We purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe that had just been traded for. The process was smooth, quick and painless. We also purchased the extended warranty. Hopefully we won't need it, but right now I can't comment on the service. We are waiting on the service department to fix a crack in the windshield, clean and service the SUV,replace the strut and fix the open recall item. Highly recommend Daven and F. 2019 Nissan Murano Platinum review
Great except the CVT noise
Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.
