BMW serve center was on time with a short wait time for 2 rear tire replacements due to low treads and regular maintenance. 4-wheel alignment was performed as well. I arrived at 8:40am and left before 11:30am. Heating working well. I will have to return for AC maintenance due to me being out do town until March 2026. I was scheduled for appt on the 30th. Excellent service.

Awesome power, handling and impeccable look. Performance is unmatched, best high end EV in the market. Very spacious and roomy all around. Kids love it for long trips. Like every EV you have to monitor your mileage map your routes for charging stations on long routes.

This dealership had friendly staff, despite the fact that they were busy on a Saturday and only had 1 finance guy working. This slowed the process down a little, but even so, it was such a smooth process. I knew which vehicle I wanted upon going there, and the salesman, Jerry, was able to give me all the information I needed and answer all my questions without trying to sell me a more costly vehicle or any add-on features. I felt like they were straight forward and the most helpful for my purchase. There’s NO RUN-A-ROUND with these folks. In fact, my Mother and younger brother were there with me; and after seeing how the process went with my purchase, my brother bought a used BMW from them while we were there. He had a trade-in, and that process went just as smoothly for him. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase new or used.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

My entire buying experience at Bob Kings was wonderful. Friendly welcoming staff. Sales team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The finance personnel were able to answer all financial questions quickly and accurately. And the delivery of the vehicle went without a hitch, with the sales team giving me a thorough walk through of all of the cars features before I drove it off the lot. I’m a three-year veteran of the Coastal Kia dealership, having leased a 2021 Sportage and purchased two older Kias for my son and daughter-in-law there. Have nothing but great things to say about the service department. Recently, I returned my leased vehicle, and learning that my dog had created significant damage to the interior, I worked with sales person Cody Hamilton to purchase a new vehicle. To say that Cody went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only is he extremely personable, he’s an empathetic and knowledgeable sales person, taking the time to explain my options and giving me choices. There are so many new features on the 2024 line to go over!! He did a great job, working to meet what I wanted and needed, while also respecting my time and budget. My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

Sam in service is the best. Have dealt with several service departments at other dealerships and none can compare to Sam.

2014 Elantra GT Manual 6 speed. 142k km. Only regular oil changes. No issues. Just changed "clutch kit" because clutch was not working at all sometimes, & slipping sometimes... turned out it was a broken spring on clutch plate. I am very happy with car. But I never had a clutch problem in my Life. I've had a standard Honda for 20 years, never a clutch problem. Cost was ~$1000 for new "clutch kit" replacement. Reasonable expense after 10 years. Overall, I am happy with 2nd hand purchase 8 years ago. Thanks.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

A while back I went on line just to do some market research for a possible new car. I was able to contact an internet representative and asked about a 2022 vw golf gti. She was very helpful. I was told the dealership had one scheduled to come in August. I took my car in and was referred to Dean Wentzel salesman. I told him about the offer to buy my car and that I was interested in a golf gti. He took my information and said he would do his best to mark the car as sold to ensure I got it becausethey are in short supply. August 19, I got a call from both Dean and the internet sales rep saying my car was in. Dean took the majority of my documents via text so I wouldn't have to spend too much time at the dealership. Easiest transaction for a car i have had and I have had many. The car is great, the customer service is awesome and I would recommend purchasing from this dealership. Now it's time to play!!!

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.
