My husband and I made a 45 mile trip to Vitali to look at a few of their vehicles we saw online. We stopped in and spoke with Nick who directed us to the vehicle we were particularly interested in - Nick was not pushy at all, and was very polite and knowledgeable. Jim, who also works at Vitali offered the same friendly service. When we decided to buy the Toyota, they made the purchase happen for us - even when we said we wanted to drive it home that same day! Bought this car right off the dealer's showroom as it was the most attractive car there. If you were to see it now, it looks almost the same and i hate to give it up as it has given me great pleasure to own it. The l997 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme owes me nothing!

I was shopping online Black Friday week and the big cities had all kinds of specials with fine print and ‘select vehicles’ . I wasn’t sure I wanted to deal with a fast paced dealer where I was just a number. I saw a 2017 Lincoln online in Chillicothe so I sent a request for information. Jeff responded right away and provided me with the service information, Carfax, and brochure. I made the 45 miles drive and was the best decision I could have made. It was a great experience. Old Betty is the best car I've bought in my time of buying cars she a 2002 Oldsmobile intrigue i got her for $2,600 In 2023 With Exactly 50,000 Miles she at 73,000 in January Of 2025 minus the minor work I've put on her crank shaft Fuel Pump (don't think I need the pump but couldn't figure out why she was Stalling on me) Crank Shaft!!! 😅 Motor bracks Sway Bar links wheel hub for front tires.I don't keep cars tht I have to keep change part on but Old Betty Different her engine is Top tier she runs better than these newer car I love her a lot she hasn't even reached her Prime yet my opinion

Loved the way it carried - good weight. Does not sway easily. Comfortable for long distances. Liked the air suspension, interior air. Featured enough room. Changed the computer after about 7ish years, & it worked great till now. July 2019 Wish this model was still made. Would buy it again.

As I was just browsing and checking out the vehicles, the place was just great. They have a wide variety of options and high quality cars. I didn’t however speak to a employee, but overhearing other customers brought me to accurately say that the employees are very well trained and extremely polite. They give you any information you need on a vehicle and help get what you need. It’s simple. Just a great place overall.

Nice folks to deal with, bought a clean used 2008 Chevy Avalanche with 120k for a fair price (Jeff was my salesman). Truck had some minor issues, a missing back up sensor, and a loose plastic panel on the tailgate. They fixed them both asap, and I bought the truck. A good deal all around, I would buy from them again. If you understand the used market, I'm sure you'll find a great deal there on a vehicle.

I got this car with almost 100,000 miles on it. I had an issue with the intake being warped. This issue caused me to replace 2 engines in it within a couple months. Since then it's been a great car and I love every moment I spend in it. I live in the great UP of Michigan where they salt the roads and it is holding up amazingly well for its age. at 158,000 miles she is starting to show some age with a few things like the power antenna and the fuel pump but despite that I want to keep this car forever and see just how long it will last.

Great car dealership! John helped me locate the Mercedes that I wanted with a premium 3 package. The car is exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. They also got me a very competitive car loan at a great rate! When I picked up the car it was beautifully detailed and although the car is a 2018 it looks like it came off the showroom floor and drives that way too
