Hello, I never thought that I'd be driving the car that I always admired, but, bought a house instead of the vehicle a few years ago. Yes, that's how much the vehicle was. Passing the Battaglia Auto Sales, I did some research and learned that first, its a Family Owned Business, its local Excellent review then seeing the vehicle of my dreams was fate. Not knowing that I would be driving it off the lot 24 hours later. Excellent Customer Service, everyone one was pleasant and knowledgeable in their field. I felt right at home.To be acknowledged when you step into a business establishment of any kind I measure my purchase on such a small gesture someone that Says hello, how are you doing today? He had me. It was a genuine greeting. He didn't have too. Based on the reviews; the cars sell themselves and when you put someone like Joe in the floor to welcomed everyone to acknowledge anyone, you have a success business and my support. I have been going to Berkenkotter for 8 years now buying my 5th wheels and cars. I feel like they are family and they will bend over backwards for you and your needs. I will only go to them for my cars and I just purchased my 3rd 5th wheel today. If you want to be treated RIGHT then go see them in Castle Rock. Everyone who works there including the owner is awesome and treat you like a part of their family.

The Auto Livery staff is friendly and helpful whether it is buying a car, trading one in or getting your car serviced. They are very knowledgeable and provide top notch service. This isn’t like other car dealerships where you feel pressured by their salesman. The Auto Livery is a hassle free, no pressure automobile dealership. That is one thing I look for when I purchase a car. They also offer very fair prices on their cars (my family has purchased multiple cars from them) and also in their service shop. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality used automobile or simply just get their car serviced here!

This is almost perfect. The only thing I would change about it is add remote start and AWD for the Chicago weather.

After going to a couple dealerships, and have purchased several vehicles in the past. I have a lot of experience in the typical car salesman deals. I found my experience with Summit to be non stressful. They were all very friendly, and most of all Honest! There was no going back and forth. They were straight forward, and reasonable. I found a vehicle I love, and met every detail I was looking for in my next vehicle purchase.

Bought my 1997 Oldsmobile Aurora new in early 1997. It is always covered and garage kept when not in use. As of the date of this review it has just over 41,000 miles. The exterior has a great aerodynamic design and I think it still has the look that can compete with the designs of todays vehicles. The only thing I wish was available for the exterior is fog or aux. lamps. The interior was very well designed and is very comfortable on long trips. The audio and climate control systems were well thought out and work flawlessly (at least mind does). The seats with their leather skins and heat system make nice on those cold driving days and nights. On one vacation, and staying near the posted speed limit I obtained an average of 28.3 miles per gallon, combined highway/city . Needless to say I was very surprised with the mpg I got on a 4.0L V-8 engine. It also has very good acceleration and smooth performance. The transmission shifts smoothly even under high acceleration. With that said, I could not tell the difference in the "normal" or "performance" modes on the transmission shift column. I do like the where the battery is located, under the rear seat. My first battery lasted 13 years before I had to replace it. This is most likely because it is not near a high heat area such as the engine compartment. The only negative for me is that you need to used the higher priced Premium gasoline. Although it is not a supercar, I and wish it had more HP, I do love my Aurora and would not sell it for any money. As a matter of fact I would like to buy another 1997 if I could find one in as good of condition as mine! (mine is in mint, but not show room condition)

Loved the way it carried - good weight. Does not sway easily. Comfortable for long distances. Liked the air suspension, interior air. Featured enough room. Changed the computer after about 7ish years, & it worked great till now. July 2019 Wish this model was still made. Would buy it again.

I usually write reviews when I absolutely hate something, but this time I really wanted to let everyone know how AWESOME this place is! So here it goes... I was in need for a new car and needed it fast. I was very limited on money with it being so close to Christmas. I stopped by several other car lots around town and all they wanted to do was get me into something that I would have to finance through them at a ridiculously high interest rate. I was getting pretty discouraged and was beginning to think that this was going to be my only option until I stopped into this lot. I explained my situation to them and Matt was so accommodating and helpful. He listened to me and stuck within my price range instead of trying to get me into something more expensive like everyone else did. Their prices and mileages also seemed lower from all the other lots I had been to. Matt let me take one of cars I was considering for a few days which wasn't even a possibility with the other lots even with my down payment! What impressed me the most was that Matt and Mark went the extra step above and to my very pleasant surprise found me, not 1 but 2, of the cars I really wanted!!! Who actually does that anymore? I can positively tell you that none of the other place I went to did! I am now a very happy owner of a 2010 Lincoln MKS thanks to Matt and Mark!!!

After seeing the car and talking to him I knew I made the right choice in terms of quality and customer service. The car was exactly what was shown in the pictures, the owner was not pushy. All the records of the vehicle were available for viewing. I purchased the car I was interested in for my family. I walked away from this deal very satisfied with the overall experience.
