The car does not drive well when there is snow on the road. And the tech did not reset the car when I had the oil changed.

Have not heard the best things in the past regarding Windy Chevrolet but, that it has changed now with the New Service Manager. Bryan Swanson was amazing. I've had my 2003 Alero for 3 years. It's beautiful, runs so smooth and is clean and comfortable at 220,000 miles. Made in America. I have replaced a battery, a window, a thermostat, a belt, and wipers. I think people who had troubles, beyond what one would expect from a 22 year old car, may not have found good mechanics. If you can find an Alero 6 cylinder in good, clean condition and have a trustworthy mechanic, get one for fun.

My experience at Ferris was amazing. Everyone from the salesman Bob who helped me pick out my new car to Travis during the buying process, and to the guys in service department were very professional, courteous and helpful. I found a fully loaded GLS model and it has neat features for 2001! Steering wheel audio controls, remote keyless entry and very comfortable 6 way power seats on both sides!

This is almost perfect. The only thing I would change about it is add remote start and AWD for the Chicago weather.

I recently worked with Eric Haugaard while looking for a late-60's model Camaro. It was clear from the onset that Eric was a lover of classic cars, and that he'd also owned them himself. Eric took his time with me while we viewed the Volo inventory, and answered any and all questions I had. While I didn't purchase at this time, I did appreciate his knowledge and sales expertise.
