Found the truck I was interested in online on a Sunday, got a text from Big Mike on Monday morning. Super amazing gentleman. I had meetings all day but we walked through what I was looking for via text. We had a deal mapped out by Wednesday and by Friday morning, I was on a plane flying to Detroit. Buying a car sight, unseen is always a little nerve racking but I knew Big Mike would take care of me. After 500 miles in the air, Ryan from City Wide picked me up at the airport to transport me to the dealership. Ryan was awesome and very friendly. Really a great guy to pass the trip time. I get in and Big Mike greets me. After test drive, found a few unforeseen issues that just comes with used cars. That is the thing that people need to remember, these are used cars. There is a reason they are $20k instead of the MSRP of $60k. So, Big Mike and I discussed some options. Ended up they had another newer and less mileage truck that had all the features I wanted. Big Mike and his team really put in work to get the deal done so we were both walking away with smiles and a good comfortable feeling. Can’t thank you and your team enough! I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

The only issue I had with mine was the led taillights that didn’t always work properly and it was frustrating because they would work perfectly for a while but started having some of the led lights would appear out and give the impression of a problem with them

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

In fact, this was one of the first appeals that was revealed to us through the free Carfax that was made available for this used vehicle and here is where it showed the previous owner had actually purchased this vehicle 10 years earlier from this same dealership. That, alone, says a lot to me. Buying a car is stressful enough. An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.
