Buying was stressful and vehicle was poorly detailed and prepared. Was very hard to get extra set of keys.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

It was time to turn in my leased car & get a new one. It was quick and easy. Lots of upgrades in 3 years on the Equinox. Everyone was nice & helpful at Bocker's.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I love it. I’m short so I sit high.So much room in for my family..Nice size radio screen.Overall it is worth it.Runs great and very clean under the hood.

My wife and I found the perfecr car to replace our 2006 Rav4-Limited, a 2021 Rav4 Adventure. The price was very good and Randall Cook made purchasing the car so easy. My check engine light came on and they had the part in stock so I was able to have the issue rectified immediately. Also had an oil change & tire rotation done while I was there. The technician kept my car nice and clean, and Courtney was great explaining everything to me. Great service!

This SUV competes in what I call the mid size near luxury segment. LIKES: 1.The ride is supple (easily absorbs harsh bumps) ,quiet (noise absorbing glass and abundant insulation cuts road and wind noise) average handling for a SUV. It gives a luxury level ride. (Exception: the X Pro line comes with off road tires which effects ride and noise) 2.Abundant, what I call nanny electronics for those who prefer messing with their phone rather than paying attention to driving their vehicle. 3. Seating in the Prestige trim is done tastefully in Nappa leather with good support. The driver and passenger seats come with 8 way adjustment plus lumbar adjustment. The driver seat only comes with adjustable electric thigh support. Both seats come with heating and ventilation. The second row is captain chairs that do not have electronic adjustment (why?) They do come with heating and ventilation. The third row seats are large enough for full size adults to be comfortable a rare thing in a mid size SUV, but I would not want to spend 10 hours sitting in them. 4.) Infotainment system works well, has a large screen harmon kardon sound system is excellent. You are given various access to many forms of media including apple carplay but only by cable connection (why?) 5.)Climate control can be managed by the info screen or by mechanical switches which I prefer instead of navigating through multiple layers of menus. The rear passengers have their own separate climate controls. 6.) Cargo space is large especially with the 3rd and 2nd row chairs folded down and with the roof racks, things like plywood can be hauled easily. 7.) The 5 year 60,000 mile basic and 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty is the best in the industry. 8.) Fit and finish is excellent DISLIKES: 1.) There is only one engine available. If you're looking for neck snapping acceleration you will be disappointed. But it musters up 291 hp and does provide acceptable acceleration allowing you to access highway speeds without a struggle. So far overall MPG has only been 17.5 far below the published 20 -23 mpg. There could be several factors causing this: 1. the engine only has 315 miles on it, so it is not broken in. 2. the weight of the vehicle. 3.) The gearing of the tranny and the AWD setup. 4. the engine gets its hp without the use of a turbocharger (adding a turbocharger would have certainly raised the hp and mpg) In this segment V8's are not available with one exception the dodge durango. 2.) Extremely limited color selection 3.) Reliability: Because I have only 315 miles on the vehicle I'm not qualified to speak with any knowledge on the subject of reliability. OVERALL IMPRESSION In my search for a vehicle the Telluride came the closest to providing and meeting all my expectations. Yes there are vehicles out there that surpass the Telluride, but be prepared to spend an extra 20k or more. The Telluride provides a luxury ride, near luxury interior, an abundance of electronic technology, plenty of cargo space all in a good-looking package! In the end the Telluride is an excellent value for the money. The only way you're going to know if the Telluride is the vehicle to meet your needs and expectations is to drive one. I'm betting you'll be impressed.
