We went to Kia North on March 5th. Never having had anything but a Ford and never having gone anywhere but the same dealership, we were curious. I had been looking online and saw a 2025Telluride that we were interested in. Again, curious. Well, we could not have been more pleased and appreciative of Sebastian at our time of purchase. He is a very young man, but 100% respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He honestly could not have been any better throughout the entire process. Without going into detail and at no fault of his, we had a difficult situation while there. Unlike me, he remained calm, professional and helpful. Maybe not for his demeanor, we may not have purchased. I would also like to mention Ashley on that day as well, doing whatever it took to have us satisfied. Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

It was on Saturday Memorial weekend. I spoke with Bob, who was very kind. I dropped my car off that evening. My car was seen in a timely manner, considering the holiday. I was contacted with the problem by Sue, on Tuesday, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Sue!! The car was repaired the very next day. All is running smoothly. Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

Modern was very good to deal with. I traded in a car and they gave me more for it than they originally offered. I also got a good amount of money off the price of the car I purchased. I ended up buying and driving home with a newer car in the same day.
