Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I am a senior citizen, and I stopped in without an appointment because I had an indicator light that I was worried about. Curtis was so helpful!! He was friendly, patient, supportive and able to get my problem resolved. What a relief!

We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I recently purchased a 2013 VW Convertible Bug from Gianna at Modern. Due to some family health emergencies my visits to the dealership were short and broken up. My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

We have the 2025 XSE AWD without leather seats. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in, has lots of power, and has many safety features. With the 3 traction (not plug in) hybrid motors we have averaged over 33 mpg (reviews claim 35/36) with combined driving using regular unleaded gas. Only downside is there is no spare tire, but instead an inflation kit.

Waiting room is small and not conducive to doing work while you wait. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait very long.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!
