From the start he was honest and got me into exactly what I wanted. In the span of a few days u was driving home in the very car I went there for. Eli was very pleasant and wholesome. I’ve just written a Google review & wanted to share more thoughts here. I live in Baltimore City & have been searching for an SUV, stopping in Timonium first for a similar truck. While nice, I chose to head to Lancaster Co after talking with one Braxton salesperson. Upon my arrival another associate greeted with similar courtesy & kindness. Took the Telluride for a spin and was sold by the awesome price. Considered haggling but paused. I might have knocked off a few hundred but I knew the price was already at the point where I’d have been satisfied. I’d forgotten that there are so many legal docs to sig, but I was thrilled by the 2021 Telluride SX, the associate and the 2hr drive, knowing that I now have an SUV with tons of safety features as I am now older & value lane assist, 360° parking, emergency braking and other awesome features. I’ll reach out to them again if I need another vehicle in the coming years. If you’re in the market for a used vehicle, ask them to find one to your liking. I’m closing, I had never heard of Braxton & they have no knowledge that I’ve decided to review. They treated me like a relative that they’d invite to Thanksgiving. And I’m posting this 10 hours after closing on the deal. Still high flying with thankfulness that I purchased at Braxton.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Found my way to this dealership (from Central NY) through cars.com. They were one of the few places that had a 4 door Jeep Wrangler with manual transmission, which is what I had been searching for. Communications via e-mail and phone were great - I worked with Mike C. for most of the transaction and Ted helped out on day of delivery. There were some delays along the way due to a recall, but they did everything possible to expedite parts and make the delivery happen with no surprises. On the day of delivery, Damian chatted with me apologized for the delay, and made certain I was satisfied. My fears of purchasing a vehicle from 5+ hours away were unfounded - these guys all did a great job, great communications, and were very easy to deal with.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Toyota Sienna is a nice vehicle to own and drive. Seats 8 people and we need every seat. Weekend trips summer driving vacations are a pleasure. Plenty of power smooth quiet ride and most of all dependable

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

They are really attentive to everything related to my purchase. I can tell they really care about about whatever they do, I absolutely recommend them.

I still drive this vehicle with 245,000 miles. I purchased it new in 2014. It was the perfect vehicle up to 150,000 miles. I only did maintenance, & changed tires, battery, etc. After that everything electrical started to go. Transmission was replaced at about 240,000 miles. Now I’m getting an oil leak fixed from wear & tear. I would recommend keeping this vehicle up to 150,000 miles. Though the repairs are still less expensive than a car payment, I wouldn’t buy another with high mileage.

Denise and Tony went into action when I heard they weren’t making the ford edge anymore. So I talked to them and told them the color and other features I wanted well they found me an Edge and I absolutely love it. They did a wonderful job and a good price. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Took my 2023 Cayenne in to Faulkner Porsche for scheduled service. I had requested a loaner and kudos to them as they gave me a Macan to use. The routine service including oil, filter, and brake fluid flush, all of which seemed to go well. They ordered a plastic trim part for me and said it would be in within a few days and they would call me. It?s been 20 days and I haven?t heard a peep. In addition, I had complained that the auto-up feature on the driver?s window was not working properly. I pointed out that I had reindexed it a dozen times and it didn?t help, and the window appeared to be sticking or binding going up. It was returned to me still not working properly.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

I purchaes this van because the seats came out in the rear. I used it to drive across the US and camp out every now and then. I put plastic cantainers in the whoes where the rear seats were so the back of the van was flat ready for a full size mattress and camping gear . I put 20K miles on it with no issues. After the trip I put the rear seats back in. Very comfortable tide.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

It had everything we wanted. Stow N Go seats, dual air controls, no roof rack. And low miles. Previous owners used it sparingly, maybe as a second car. It runs well.

Everyone is very professional and always keep you informed of what is happening while in service. Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.
