I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I had my oil changed at the Beaverton, OR location on 09/20/19. As I arrived, Adam was waiting for me, walked up to my car and greeted me with a positive smile. Also, Adam was very attentive and answered my question of when my next oil change is due, scheduled my future oil change right away. I respect Adam's customer service.

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Being in a different state I was concerned on how my buying process would be. They made is perfect! My salesman Edward took a personalized video for me and showed me everything I wanted to look at so I didn't have to just look at fancy pictures. During the buying process they offered to ship it to us but I wanted the adventure of driving the car home. When I got to the dealership the car looked as if it came off the show room floor. Kolby was my finance agent and was very helpful on getting exactly what I needed. I was very happy with the way they handled everything and I would highly recommend buying a car from here. I feel like they went above and beyond and will always be checking back just in case I want to upgrade my car again in the future.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

This was my fourth time buying a car, and anyone who’s done it knows how stressful and frustrating the process can be — especially when dealing with pushy, intimidating salesmen. Before reaching out to dealerships, I did my research and contacted several Chevy dealers because I knew exactly what I wanted: a 2026 Chevy Equinox AWD RS in Radiant Red, fully loaded with the Convenience III Package, Safety & Technology Package, and panoramic sunroof. Since the model was so new, not many dealerships had it in the exact configuration I wanted, and the first few experiences were honestly awful. Then I connected with Elijah at Ron Tonkin (who no longer works there), and everything changed. I had recently lost my dad, who passed away on September 25th, so I was already going through a lot. Elijah truly listened. I told him what I wanted and what I didn’t, and every time he said “understood,” he meant it. He never tried to push me or convince me to settle. Even when I was probably a bit much at times, he handled everything with patience, grace, honesty, and integrity. When we couldn’t find the exact vehicle, we decided to do a build-and-buy, and he worked tirelessly to make it happen. By the time the car arrived, Elijah had to step away for family matters, and Ryan took over my deal. I was nervous at first, but I didn’t need to be — Ryan was just as patient, thorough, and kind. The consistency between them really speaks to the culture at Ron Tonkin Chevrolet. I also worked with Christian, the finance manager, and once again had a great experience. He explained everything clearly, went over optional add-ons without pressure, and when I decided not to include certain things, he respected my choices completely — no pushiness, no attitude, just professionalism and respect. From start to finish, the entire team made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely valued. I never felt rushed or like the only goal was to close the deal — and that is exactly how car buying should feel. Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

Derrick in the service department was nothing but incredible to work with. He was professional, thorough, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Although Ron Tonkin Acura is going through a remodel they have their processes down to where things are still very smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended this store if you’re looking for good customer service and quality work.

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

I bought a used Subaru Outback from Bickmore Auto and I love it. More importantly I loved the process. I had one guy that was with me from start to finish and Credit Union they paired me up with for financing has been wonderful. The whole experience was so positive my wife also bought a new car there too. I had been putting off buying a car for years--if I would have known how easy and friendly Bickmore was going to be I would have bought one sooner.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

Toyota Sienna is a nice vehicle to own and drive. Seats 8 people and we need every seat. Weekend trips summer driving vacations are a pleasure. Plenty of power smooth quiet ride and most of all dependable

Over all it was a good experience. The salesman and finance guys were very nice. I would have given a 5 star except I got very low balled on my trade-in. I understand that they are not a Subaru dealership but the least they could have done is given me low trade in value. All in all I am happy with my new car.

Our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited Hybrid is the ultimate road trip vehicle and is amazing around town. Flexible interior design, comfortable seating, and incredible highway handling and noise control make this vehicle a driving pleasure. Reliability +
