Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Scott Good... absolutely Not who you want to work with in my opinion. However, the manager Mike Majerowicz redeemed the whole situation thankfully. I was so in love with the vehicle I had test drove and had a small window to make a trade happen. Mike was able to take over, work with me and get everything moving in the right direction. Both him and the other sales helper were very understanding of my situation and made it as easy as possible for me the day of sale. I was able to leave Michigan and make it home to Colorado in time to pickup someone from the airport in a safer vehicle than I had. The trade in value wasnt as much as others, but the purchase value was lowest in the stae, it all balanced really well. Highly Recommended

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

WHERE can I start? I have bought many many cars over the years and I was referred to Wendy due to other dealers not wanting to take the time to stop and help. Not Wendy she was on point from the start told her what exactly I needed to have and a few hrs later she found it. Went to dealer 1.5 hrs later I am driving home!! Everything seems great with it not had it long I see people saying electrical issues like it randomly dying we went through this and all it was is the battery isn't mounted and needs to be held still in place my battery slid over making the hot wire rub the belt it died multible times until I realized it was rubbing I tied a wire around battery to lock in place and some black tape to fix the hot wire

After owning my car for little over three months now I can officially say I'm in love with it. The car handles perfectly. With it being my first "new" car I wanted to wait until the honey-moon phase was over and it still amazes me every time I push the button to start my car! Wendy was an amazing saleswoman, step by step the whole way with her attention to detail, her willingness to be patient with me and my family as we toured the cars on the lot and with helping me find the car that truly fits me. I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.
