We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

This van is awesome, great power, towing capability, not bad gas mileage at all for its size. Drivers seat is comfortable with all expected luxury items for a modern vehicle. Very easy to rearrange/remove seats for multiple people/cargo configurations...overall great value

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

The person who was assigned to me did a great job. I left my wallet at home and she went extra mile to arrange for a shuttle to take me home and back to finalize the work. Great job!

The Van handles well with cargo loads, drives smooth has good acceleration with plenty of power. It has been well balanced on gas I use the van for electrical I mostly do residential so not a ton of equipment needed to carry but it can hold its own.

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. The whole experience from setting up the test drive through the negotiation was stress free. Both Adeel and Larry were honest and fair, and I ended up getting the car that day.

This has been a great family car. Have taken it on many long vacations. Very comfortable for 6 adults and plenty of room for luggage. It has been a great vehicle and very reliable.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

This van is fabulous so far. I had a 2003 Odyssey for 10 yrs prior to buying this 2013 Odyssey. I love Honda Odyssey's. This one is a very smooth ride, love the electric windows in the second row, the sunroof is wonderful, there's ample ports, the screen is big and easy to view the radio and backup camera. No complaints!

My experience at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg was amazing! I was in the market to purchase a new (preowned) car. I visited a number of dealerships in my area and had the usual experience. Some of them grew disinterested the moment they found out I was buying used instead of new and was working on a budget. That was not the case with AutoNation Toyota Leesburg. My first contact was over the phone with Deondrea. I found a car on their website that was everything I was looking for. Because of my work schedule, I would not be able to make it to the dealership in time before they closed. Deondrea went out of his way both visits by staying late to meet with me. He was very friendly and down-to-Earth. In fact, he let me bring my ESA Corgi with me! Deondrea took the time to explain things to me in an easy-to-understand manner. While talking to Deondrea, I also was introduced to General Manager Stephen Reeves. Stephen was warm and caring. He understood my situation and worked with Deondrea to help make my purchase happen. Stephen and I hit it off right away. He gave me straight answers and even helped me ask questions I didn't even know I should be asking. After that I worked with Finance Manager Yeabsira who showed experience and wisdom far beyond her years. Admittedly, I was tired, hungry, and was a little gruff because I was carrying preconceived notions about what dealing with a Finance Manager was going to be like. She was the exact opposite. She helped keep me grounded and centered. We went over the packages and just focused on the ones that worked best for my needs. I have worked in Customer Service for over 27 years, and she impressed me with her empathy and willingness to put my needs over the company's. A rare find in the auto sales industry! That night I drove off the lot in my Rav4 with all the things I wanted with it and even helped me get a roof rack. He had the new plates driven out to me at home almost an hour away and they were installed for me on the spot. Stephen, Deondrea, and Yeabsira told me they wanted to make sure I was happy with my car and wouldn't be satisfied until I was. They kept that promise and then some! If you are in the market for a car, regardless of whether it's used or new, regardless if you are buying it outright or are working on a budget, like me. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually
