I was unable to get transportation to Portland to pick up my car. Rebecca was wonderful and arranged to have the car delivered to the train station in Vancouver where I could pick it up. She spent alot of time with me on the phone making these arrangements and was VERY patient.

No pressure, and a great sales staff. They have an excellent inventory and very fair transactions. I have purchased two auto's and have taken several friends to the Auto Outlet. They also have purchased their auto's from this dealership. Highly Recommend...…..

Rebecca is the best! Found car I wanted on the web. Drove 2 hours in the rain and was very impressed with the low pressure, genuinely friendly and helpful Rebecca. A No pressure pleasant experience. We dealt with one person (thanks Nikole!) through the entire "look" "test drive" "buy" process. There were nice cars at good prices and very helpful people to get us through the process. We liked the fact that the facility was low key, yet clean and functional. I saw a 2005 Chevy Express van for sale on line at Delta. I talked to Sal about it and after discussing it, I put a 500.00 deposit on it. He was kind enough to hold the van until I was in his area about two weeks later. Despite a few scratches, the van was everything I needed. The rare cargo area air conditioner was the selling point. We agreed on the final price and he accepted my personal check for the balance, even though I live 430 miles south. I was nervous about the drive home but the van ran perfect! I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend Delta to anyone. I heard from the mechanic I hired to check out the van that Sal is a good guy, and he is!

Vince , Israel and the rest of the staff are fantastic to work with! Our company van was well past its prime and needed replacement. We have purchased 43 vehicles over the years and we have never been disappointed!!! Vince, never stocks any junk vehicles and they are always the cream of the crop for used autos. You would be stupid to buy from any other dealer!

Received response to interst within half hour and then a follow up call when the car was being sent to auction as they did not want to keep it. The salesman has since contacted me and ask if I was still lookin for a vechile and I shared that was true, but only an American sedan, so it would fit my long legs and have a comfortable ride for four individuals.

Also, Adam was very attentive and answered my question of when my next oil change is due, scheduled my future oil change right away. I respect Adam's customer service.

The staffs are very friendly, first Yasu made it very easy for me to schedule a test drive within 15 min of my call.
