Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Our experience with Mullinax Ford of Central Florida was exceptional. I had picked out a car online and then went in for a test drive. We met our online rep Julio Acevedo who took us on a test drive,showed us other cars at our request and then helped us get through the purchase process. He was great to work with. There was zero pressure of any kind throughout the process. We feel that we now have a trusted dealer and sales person (Julio) that we can go to in the years to come.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. And the service department are great too. We went there so many times since 2017 ( bought 3 SUV from this dealership) Ask for Mr.George , he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff. That was my experience with Sport Mitsubishi Orlando location ( Next to Reed Nissan )

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

The Service staff did not really greet me when I arrived. Car not vacuumed or washed. Did get a free wash coupon down the street.

We worked with Peter to get our purchase done. From the conversation over the phone and text prior to even getting to the dealership to the service he provided while we were there to the knowledge that he had concerning the vehicle. It?s like he knew the vehicle inside and out from top to bottom without having to look anything up. It was amazing. He got everything done in a timely manner because I told him I really dislike being in a dealership for long hours just to purchase a vehicle. I would definitely work with Peter again.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I have purchased several cars from Sensible choice over the past few years, so when it was time to get a new car for my wife recently, we naturally went to them first. The salesman, Wayne, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner, John, is a great guy and very reasonable (even if he is from Baltimore, lol). Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

very clean inviting place. The manager lady greeted us when we arrived, we were attended immediately by a very polite young salesman. Only disappointing thing was that we were given a written % rate and when we finished the deal the person that does all the finishing paper work, I believe the finance manager, had a higher interest rate, I was upset about that but I really wanted to get the vehicle, as a birthday present and did not want to do it all over because my credit score was already pulled and I wanted to give the surprise to my wife.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

Rep was so knowledgeable that the buying process was very smooth. Would recommend her to anyone! Her patience was great during the transition from old car to new.

My experience each and every time with Sport Mitsubishi on West Colonial dr Orlando are pleasure. Most of times, they get me in and out very quickly. Sometimes, we have to wait little longer due to short staffs . (But it happened to most of the bussiness in the whole world these day anyway.) It very Easy Online appointment. All the staffs here all super nice and professional. Today, Keegan was my service advisor. He made sure I was taken well care of! We bought 3 SUV from this dearlership and never have any issues. Highly recommended.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Excellent Experience with Chase and David ! My wife and I have been looking at purchasing a new SUV with three rows for our travel and when our grandchildren are visiting. We looked at 4 other brands and test drove just a few of them. Our friends have a two row Grand Cherokee and another a Grand Wagoneer and they spoke very highly of them. As a result we started our search into the Jeep and was pleasantly surprised that the Grand Cherokee had a limited edition with 3 rows. We connected with Chase Firestone a Manager at New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and that started the best experience we've had in purchasing a vehicle. Chase along with David Meeks a sales associate provided us with a test drive on our first visit. First we drove the Limited and then the Overland and David came along with us and did a great job in communicating the features along with how Jeep up their game with the three rows and trims. We never felt pressured by Chase or David, in fact the opposite as it was a relaxing environment and communication. We were both pleasantly surprised by how much we liked them and were leaning towards the GC Limited. With that, we wanted more time to test drive and inspect it more thoroughly. Next day they set us up with a plate and ability to test drive by ourselves and we made our decision to go with the GC Limited. The next step in working on price etc. was as my wife said, "one of the most relaxed and pleasant experience we've had in buying a car". Both Chase and David were professional, personable and so easy going to work with and New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram are fortunate to have both on their team. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I got into an accident and had to buy another car. Settled on the 2023 RAV 4. Cyril was not pushy. After signing some papers he showed me the Carfax report and I was shocked to see that the used vehicle I bought was involved in a minimal accident. He said everything was repaired like the bumper. I got the vehicle under the premise everything was repaired. I was told I could get my old plate from my wrecked car the next day. It would be ready for me by the time I get there. So, went there the next day, plate still on the car. Had to ask 3 people if they could just unscrew the rusty screws so I could get my plate. No one helped me, so I saw a female employee and she asked Dave from the body shop to help me and he did. He was awesome. Tried all types of tools to unscrew the screw. He got them off with no complaints. Thank you Dave for being very helpful even if it wasn’t your job!

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

I needed a new work vehicle immediatly. The Transit Connect filled my needs. A no frills work vehicle. Comfortable, with outstanding gas mileage. more suited for my work than a previously owned E-150 cargo van.

The truck was as advertised. We purchased it and had a very nice drive north to Michigan. The salesman was professional and gave us space to make our decision.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.
