I took my 2018 Forester in for state inspection and checkout of steering vibration. The checkout indicated the control arm bushings were bad causing the vibration. Due to this the inspection couldn't be completed. The parts to fix were not on-hand and couldn't be obtained for several days (due to Thanksgiving holidays). When the parts came in they called and an appointment was set up to repair. Since the 90K service was also nearly due, I asked about doing that as well. They arranged for that and since all this would take so long I was supplied with a loaner (a 2022 Forester). I was able to take care of several errands and have lunch before my car was ready. I picked up my car with all repairs, service, and inspections completed. The service manager worked with me to accomadate my schedule in the most hospitable manner. Absolutely the best for timely, quality auto service that I can trust was done right. Also, the cost of the bushing replacement was covered under the extended warranty (less the $100 deductable).

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

In the mail we received a recall notice on a part for our 2021 Honda Pilot. We scheduled an appointment online & thought we had scheduled it with our Service Rep Jessica Poteet. Our appointment was to get the recall part replaced & since our daughter is borrowing the car we went ahead & had the oil changed & tire rotation done. Received a message with the video from the Service Tech telling us what he had accomplished & pointed out how everything looked but nothing about the replacement of the recall part. I called to inquire & was told Shawn Malcolm was the Service Rep & for the replacement of the recall part I had to call in so they could order the part. Unaware of this I panicked as I was driving the vehicle to Washington DC on the weekend to leave the car with my daughter for an unlimited time. I was connected with Shawn Malcom. I asked about the car and told him I was unaware of how the process worked for the recall parts. I explained my situation and asked if he could assist me to get the part quickly. He shared with me he had already taken care of replacing the recall part along with the services I had requested. I was so relieved & grateful beyond words!!! Shawn Malcolm was not only professional, knowledgeable in what he does but considerate of me even though he didn’t know me or even knowing the situation he was proactive and went above & beyond. I’m so grateful to Mr. Malcolm because of him I was able to follow through with our plan of taking the vehicle to my daughter & know she is safe. Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

I went to parks to look for a jeep, I ended up buying a Durango. Our salesman Ryan Rodriguez was so kind and patience with me. I asked a ton of questions and he had every answer for me. Ryan was very professional but also easy to joke with also. After I bought the car he called a few days later to ask if I had any problems or concerns. Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I needed a new work vehicle immediatly. The Transit Connect filled my needs. A no frills work vehicle. Comfortable, with outstanding gas mileage. more suited for my work than a previously owned E-150 cargo van.

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.
