We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Frank took great care of my wife and I. I called in the morning to inquire on an 18 Maxima. The car was located in Merced at their other lot. By the time I got off work, the car was in Fresno washed and ready. Negotiations were not stressful compared to my previous 11 purchases. When we are ready to trade in our other car, we'll be looking forward to working with Frank again.

Needed a tow as my car’s battery was completely dead. Roadside Assistance was there in 15 minutes. Tim in service had already put me in for service...a busy Friday too. The shuttle was there in no time to take me home. The car was ready that day. Tim also tested my keyless entry remote and a new battery was needed there too. Thanks for taking care of me. We moved to Merced from Daly city in 2023. Since we moved here, we have been going to the Merced toyota dealership to service our cars. We traded in our 2 toyotas to buy a 2024 rav 4 at the dealership. We are very lucky to meet Kevin at the Toyota dealership. He always treats everyone with courtesy and respect. He is very professional. He always goes out of his way to help us. Kevin is the reason we will continue to use the merced Toyota dealership to service our car.

Western Motors is a great place to go if you are looking to purchase a used vehicle. Francisco was very friendly throughout the whole process and gave us complete clarity of our buying, financing, and options. He went as far to work with us even after our purchase for various other requests on our new purchase. Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

This 2022 is my 3rd Sienna, after a 2001 and a 2011. I would buy it again without hesitation. A few disappointments, which seem to be the result of cost-cutting: My '11 LE had a standard roof rack, now it is an option even on the XLE, and not a common one. Through the years, the inability to easily stow or remove the 2nd row seats has been a widespread complaint. Instead of improving that feature, they made it MUCH worse, and also told you not to try! Some people buy the Odyssey for this one reason. I would not do that. Sienna is still a better van, but what about "ongoing improvement?" They took away the left hand coin box, you can no longer open the 3rd row vent windows, the convex "back-seat observation" mirror is a TOTAL joke, they got rid of the overhead sunglass storage, they don't have a 12v connection in the hatch area, they cheaped out on the factory-installed hitch (looks like an amateur add-on), and although the vehicle is rated for 3,500 lbs towing, the optional factory hitch is the lighter-rated 1.25" size, which I think is limited to 2,500 lbs. My lower-line '11 LE had none of these shortfalls. Now, at over $40k, my upscale XLE sometimes makes me feel like I lost something. Even after this list, I love the van, and have no regrets. The benefits of AWESOME dependability, 35 mpg in or out of town, 8 passenger capability, comfort, nice styling, and quiet operation outweigh any complaints. I expect to have it until it hits 250,000 miles.

Toyota Sienna is a nice vehicle to own and drive. Seats 8 people and we need every seat. Weekend trips summer driving vacations are a pleasure. Plenty of power smooth quiet ride and most of all dependable

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.
