I have been driving a Mazda for close to 20 years. Everyone I have ever worked with at Classic Mazda has been professional and considerate to what I need and am looking for in a vehicle; a very ‘family feel’ at Classic Mazda! This past weekend I got another car, and for several months leading up to my new car I have been working with Jon (whom I’ve worked with before). As always, very professional and willing to work with me on what I need. Very knowledgeable and helpful on Mazda cars, and very thorough in the process! We came just to look . Being that the Edge is no longer available we looked at the Explorers . Justin was our man. He went out of his way to explain everything we wanted and needed to know . He worked with my husband to find just the right one . They even went out of state to get what we wanted and even honored the Costco discount . This man has integrity and knowledge . We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

The people at Deacon were easy to work with. Low key and professional! I picked up my vehicle yesterday. I got red velvet since I’m tired of gray, black and silver.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

My car was making a weird sound I had it for a few years. Dave told me to bring it in to get it locked at. It was a lot wrong with my car so he told me instead of wasting money to get that fix come in and we will get you a new one. Mike Dave and Jen have always worked with me to get me in a nice car at an affordable price.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

We had an amazing experience all the around at Valley Motors City. They really made you feel right at home and made shopping for a car enjoyable! Outstanding on every level from the general manager to financing to help personnel. Great Selection, pricing and quality were all met with ease. This was probably the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

We have had our Carnival for a few weeks now and we are loving it! The only complaint i have is we have the seat package and the middle seats are a little hard for the kids to slide up and back into position. The new stile of the dash and controls is very user friendly.
