We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Tons of leg room. Absolutely quiet while driving. I wish we would have found this van before. It allows for transporting and helping my family. Definitely well made.

After several months to reflect on our transaction I will give a far above review! The pickup was in the condition I was told it was and a very good buy. Friendly sales staff depending on return sales to have a bright future. I will be there in the near future for another vehicle.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

I have purchased a car before here,to be exact 9 years ago in February. I actually picked it out as it was being tested in the shop. I always tell people that story because it has been the best car ever. With that said, I returned on the 13th of January to buy a new vehicle. My husband and I had a lot of different features we were looking for. Test drove 2 different makes and models. They turned out that they were not the right fit. Disappointed at 1st that we may have to reschedule another visit next month, I heard the unlocking of a door when I walked by another vehicle, I just opened the door and knew that was the one. We took it for a spin, and my husband agreed before we even drove off the lot. It has everything we are looking for and more. Matt helped keep it in our budget. I am just in love with my vechlie. An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

The Van handles well with cargo loads, drives smooth has good acceleration with plenty of power. It has been well balanced on gas I use the van for electrical I mostly do residential so not a ton of equipment needed to carry but it can hold its own.

I've bought and sold a dozen or more cars in my lifetime and have never had as good of an experience as I did at J&B. I think our salesman's name was Aaron. He was upbeat, knowledgeable, never pushy, and intently listened to everything I had to say. It was also the fastest purchase I have ever made. Once the decision was done, we signed paperwork and left within 10 minutes. Probably why I can't exactly remember his name. I got the truck I wanted at a fair price; with the best car buying experience I've ever had.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Our family loves this van. Performs great in the winter and feels very safe and comfortable. Great on gas especially for the amount of power under the hood. Once this one dies, I'm buying another without a doubt.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

Great experience especially during this pandemic. Brought the car to us to test drive. We were not sure about buying it yet and they still made sure to get any repairs done quickly so that it would be ready for when/if we did buy it. They were really friendly and nice about our high energy 2 year old wanting to run around and look at all the new cars.

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.
