That was a personable touch I felt really hit the mark in terms of customer service. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle; if I asked a question she didn’t know the answer to with confidence, she went and got the answer for me. She gave my mom and I free reign over test driving and looking the car over without any pressure, and the few minor things we did find she put her nose to the grindstone and addressed all of our concerns. Every single person we interacted with from Shelby on the sales floor to Nathan the sales manager, and yes even to Ashley the finance manager were all top notch, professional, and friendly. They all really made my mom and I feel like we were part of their family. They gave us a very good price on the new vehicle and made sure we were well taken care of, they even included a full tank of gas for my ride home, which is something most dealers just don’t do anymore. I felt respected the entire time I was there and walked away as a very satisfied customer. I would 100% recommend them to anybody who is in the market for a new or new-to-them car. They were the only dealer in NC who had the exact make, model, trim level, color scheme, and satisfactory mileage I was looking for. It ended up being a truly perfect buying experience! Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

Classic just gained a new family for cars! Thanks to Bri and the service team. Took us right away with our Dodge Hornet even tho we left and within the hour the service engine light came back on. I called Bro right away and she reassured me to bring it back tomorrow and they will look at it and make sure they get to the problem. We love our hornets and we know it’s going to have its issues. It’s the first Gen of hornets. But other than that they made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Thanks again
