Purchasing a new car or truck can be an exhausting experience. We knew our finances and what we could afford, did the research, trolled the internet, contacted dealerships and talked with customers who had recently made new car or truck purchases. Since we both travel for work, we were not tied to one location for our purchase, but the list of who we wanted to do business with dwindled quickly. Palm Coast Ford treated us with respect. Period. Since we were in the area and had our trade-in on hand, we decided to stop in to peruse their inventory. Before heading out to the dealership we had corresponded by email and text with Chris Smith and Sean Peveler. At no time during the process did we feel like just a ?number? to them or an inconvenience to their schedule. Everyone that we met had a professional and warm demeanor, they responded in a timely manner to our deluge of questions. While we loved our Ford Edge, our goal was to purchase a dually truck that could handle our forty-three foot fifth wheel, while not over taxing the truck or the engine, with power for traversing the passes at home in Colorado. We purchased a Chevy Silverado truck that was in their used vehicle inventory. Happy, happy, happy the truck is exactly what we needed. So, the real question is?do we feel comfortable recommending Palm Coast Ford to our friends and family for the purchase or lease of a new or used car or truck? Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

As much as we love our Honda's we make sure we go to the BEST DEALERS in the city. My husband & I have purchased 5 cars and on 10/27/2018 was our 6th vehicle purchased! An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

No need to be constantly looking over your shoulder here, they always take the high road and try to do the right thing. The dealer and purchase fees are fair here and disclosed up front (unlike other Toyota dealerships that hide huge used car fees). They are a two hour drive from us, but honestly we are excited to return just to visit again.

Brian (Sales) and Clay (Financing) were absolutely fantastic. We were buying a 2011 Honda CR-V for my daughter, and the entire experience was amazing. Found the car on Auto Trader, and Brian contacted me as soon as I checked availability. We drove down and checked the car, test drove it, Brian let me check everything, I felt really comfortable about the car, and we were ready to buy. Clay was really great during negotiation, and completed everything quickly. Even though this was an older used car, both Brian and Clay were very professional and very customer-focused. If I were to buy another Honda, I would definitely go to Honda of the Avenues, and specifically request Brian and Clay.

I recently traded my 2014 Hyundai Sonata for a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Limited; both were purchased at St. Augustine Hyundai. From day one, in 2014, when I purchased my 2014 Sonata, I have received nothing less than an unparalleled experience. No matter the department, I was always treated the same, with kindness, understanding, respect, and welcoming smiling faces. Allowing any feelings of being uncomfortable or intimidated immediately subsided. Mastering the ability to balance and give one the space necessary to be able to look around, but in no way feeling neglected or ignored. Because of this, I would take my car back to the dealership for any maintenance and upkeep. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Had a difficult experience at the get go, but overall the experience with Mikee and Gianni turned out to be ok. There some internal issues that still need to be addressed, but the General Manager will have to fix those. Love the Kia and all the outstanding technology on the vehicle.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I had the 'dreaded buying a new car syndrome" That all dissapeared when I walked into Nissan of ST Augustine. Then I listened to Kyla, Hannah, Will, Eric, and Amanda. They were all such a great help to me. Very personable and knowledgeable and I walked out a Happy New Car owner of a 2019 Nissan Kicks. I even got my nails to match the colors of my new car!

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

We were in the market for a commuter/vacation car and narrowed it down to a 20 Honda Civic Sport and 20 Toyo Corolla SE. We shopped central Florida and Atlanta extensively and decided on the 20 Civic Sport. We went with Honda of the Avenues for several reasons first being the deal no one could touch and Thomas Phelps was our voice as he fought to get us to that deal and lock down the deal. We also appreciated him having all paperwork ready as we are from N Fl and arrived late but everything went smoothly from start to finish including him taking the time to go over the features on the car. We also appreciated Clay Fenwick in Finance making the signing process enjoyable and efficient. We highly recommend Thomas to be your voice as he will do all he can to close your deal and we will be referring family/friends to him for any of their automotive needs!!!
