First let me say I have been instrumental in finding and buying four new vehicles since August 2020, for myself and family members. I have dealt with a LOT of dealerships and salespeople, and honestly car shopping is probably my least favorite thing in the world to do. After getting the run around locally from both Toyota and Honda dealerships, exorbitant fees, addons, price changes at the last minute, or just general bad experiences, a friend told me about Cars.com and I found exactly what I wanted at Proctor, but it was reserved. I reached out anyway, and JR was responsive, and quick to find exactly what I wanted. He emailed me an accurate price quote within just a few minutes of our call. JR kept be apprised of the estimated date of arrival, and let me know quickly when the car arrived. We made an appointment for a pickup time the next day (I live a few hours away), and from walking into the dealership at the appointment time, to being back on the road driving home, it was well under an hour and that was with JR spending a good amount of time going over the features of the multimedia system with me, as well as features of the overall car (was my first SUV, first hybrid, first Honda, etc) JR could not have been more pleasant to deal with, he was responsive when I had questions before and after the sale, and now, when I am AGAIN looking for a new car (four months later), despite deciding not to go with Honda this time, he has been fantastic again. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, this absolutely goes down as my best buying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend both Proctor and JR to anyone for their car buying needs. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I have continuously had amazing customer service experience unlike I have ever experienced at Proctor Acura. My value as a customer is shown through their hospitality. I am new to Acura. I previously owned 6 Accords before converting. During my first service experience Tony showed me around the service area so I would know the section locations as well as the lobby area. He provided me with his card so I can call him whenever I needed a question asked. While my car was being serviced it was noted that a nail was in my tire. Tony called me to explain and let me know the cost. I okayed the cost of my tire repair, but he later called me back and said further examination revealed that it was actually a screw and it was not embedded in my tire (it was within the tread), so there would be no need to charge me for a repair that was not needed. That really said a lot about the integrity of Tony and the dealership. Arranging my service with Tony is always easy and whether I need a shuttle ride, or choose to sit in the lobby, or if he provides me with a loaner vehicle it is always hassle free. I also love the coupons they send out monthly. They are good reminders of various services I may need to have and the savings from the coupons have truly come in handy! Having these types of experiences eliminate me dreading to get my car service. If nothing else it only guarantees that Proctor Acura will always have me as a loyal customer. Octavius R. We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

it was nice joyable but 2008 is better and it has a spear tire and was very nice i rate it 8/10 that better then nothing.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

Bought a 2024 Tacoma. They did what they said they would do and gave me everything I paid for. Tried to upsell me stuff and accepted me telling them no I don’t want it. Good experience and hopefully won’t need a new vehicle for many years.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Everyone is very nice to deal with, they were running a little behind but didn?t have to wait too long at all.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I bought a 2024 Toyota Highland in May(ish) of 2024. The 2nd day I had it the check engine light came on due to a brake malfunction (I can't remember the exact code, but something similar). I took it in to get looked at, but the light had gone out by the time my appointment and they looked it over and couldn't recreate the problem, so off I went. About a week later it came back on, so I immediately took it to the shop. They gave me a rental while they had my car. They figured it was the catalytic converter so they replaced it. Got my car back and about a week later the light came back on. Took it back in and they gave me another rental - Thought it was the software update. About another week later it came back on, they gave me another rental -this time a little over a week and discovered the catalytic converter they originally replaced was bad. So far, so good. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's fixed. But, the service department has been great to work with through this experience.

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

I hadn't had a Ford in years but I'm happy with my Transit Connect Wagon. Previously owned a Honda Element but the Connect has done its job.
