Specifically, Emily Brennan and Jackie Taylor who both listened to my needs, and helped steer me away from making the wrong choice (I was looking for a "beater" truck and was prepared to spend up to about $10,000 - and I had found one online which was there when I got there, but upon seeing it, I quickly realized it was not in good condition and it wasn't the truck for me). Emily helped me talk through xxxxxxand con's of moving into a higher price range (up to $21k) and she recommended the truck that I ultimately bought (a 2012 Ram in great condition with 125k miles) and I couldn't be happier. It's everything I wanted and more, and I feel like it was a fantastic bargain. I felt valued as a customer, and I've never had a better vehicle shopping experience. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. Not impressed with the service dept.
Not impressed with the service dept. Last truck was in for a recall. Fixed the recall, and said i needed brakes and rotors, had them check by another garage, they told me nothing wrong with them. On my present truck, they installed window vents in the window channel, which i told them my window would not close, guessing thats my problem. They also installed a tonneau cover, i should say half xxx installed, more water can in than it kept out. On the sales side, Eddie is the reason i buy there. But might start to look else where
