I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

The buying experience was positive with no issues. I purchased a 2000 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am from Dillon’s Auto via the internet and telephone, the sales person was Mr. Billy Keck. I originally discovered the car on the Auto Trader’s Classic website and notified the dealer I was interested in buying the car via email and telephone. Mr. Keck contacted me the next day, providing me with a Facetime meeting to see and discuss the car. After deciding to buy the car Mr. Keck was very responsive answering any questions and arranging the paperwork for the purchase. The dealer provided a free CarFax report showing the car’s history and answered questions I had regarding the car’s previous owner. After finalizing the purchase, the dealer delivered to my home with no extra charge from Lincoln, NE to Colorado Springs, CO. The car arrived in excellent condition and was clean and detailed (kudo’s to Mr. Keck’s son who detailed the car!). In summary, a nice buying experience with no issues.

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

It’s taken me days to write this sinply because I cannot find the words to describe how wonderful my experience was. I went into Toyota just too look at a vehicle. Was greeted by Chris Risling almost instantly. He was friendly and courteous just making sure I was being helped. I told him what I was looking for and price point and he went to work. He ended up finding me exactly what I was looking for, but still showed me other options just in case. After occupying a few hours of his time (we even went past closing) I unfortunately could not purchase that night. He continued to remain super friendly and didn’t make me feel like I wasted his time just to walk away. At this point he offered the car to me overnight so I could have a little more time with it. This was instrumental in my ability to purchase. The next day I returned with my negotiator (dads and new cars ya know?) and told Chris exactly what I needed in order to drive away instead of walking away. Again, he went right to work. At the end of it all he got me the exact price point I needed and never once felt pressured into more. I drove away in the newest and nicest vehicle I’ve ever had, and even though I was nervous about this purchase Chris was super supportive and helped calm me down a bit. In my experience car shopping is always the worst and all sales people are even more terrible. It’s one of those things I’ve just accepted in life and moved on, not like I’m buying cars everyday. Chris has shattered that mindset and provided a truly pleasurable experience. I really cannot thank him enough for all he did to get me into a new car. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Very easy buying process. No if's and's or but's in their pricing. Service is outstanding and very affordable compared to other dealerships and shops. The parts needed wouldn't be available in time for our road trip so they gave us a loaner. Mostly our fault for waiting till last minute to get it fixed but they were very accommodating. Excellent top notch service.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I messaged them on a Friday evening and test drove my Acura RDX Saturday morning. Aric Curtice was awesome with communication and the whole testing and buying process. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Payton was excellent to work with. We told him our interests, and he laid out or options clearly. Made the whole process very simple, and we would trust him with any of our future vehicle needs.

This car met all of our needs and fit all five kids comfortably for long road trips. Very reliable! Lots of leg room in every seat. Overall, a wonderful Van!

We are of an older generation, and a lot of the technology and app use was tough on us. Juanita has the patience of a saint and walked us through everything. she was always smiling, full of answers we could understand and so knowledgeable about the car, the financing, etc. Finally, we met Cecilia, who was very helpful and available to help us understand how to use the car with our phone. Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

We purchased a 2007 Yukon Denali from Dakota. We drove the car and fell in love. Shortly after we noticed some mechanical issues going on with the car Dakota recommended his mechanic who fixed the car. The great thing about all of this is Dakota helped pay for the repairs and also gave me a rental car so I could get to and from work. I would recommend him to ANYONE he is a very stand up guy and very forthcoming about everything!

Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes.
