Just purchased a new 2025 4 Runner SR5, Heritage Blue. It has the new I Force engine, 4cylinder turbo. Our salesperson Mike Hewlett was great. Every question we had, Mike responded quickly and was always very professional. Mike was easy to work with. We had to travel 95 miles from home to Romeo Toyota. Mike had worked with the finance team, so as soon as we arrived, we met with them and signed the papers. Very smooth with no surprises. The vehicle drives and handles awesomely. Got a great deal, didn't know why,till I learned that the van had an hour meter. It had more hours on it than miles! 72k.miles/96k.hrs. Wasn't a deal breaker though,they had given me a car fax report at the start,with rental& service history. And they fixed; a hub bearing, put on new front brakes(pad&rotors), changed the oil,gave new keys, and fixed a coolant leak I had found. All summed up , they gave me a good deal with excellent service. Only wished they disclosed the hour meter. Had a great first time dealer buy. Will buy from them again. Car prices are at a fair level, exceptional service after the sale. Thank you Darrel& Matt.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I bought a rav4 I never had interest in it until Ty my salesman said to test drive it. It is a beautiful car and everyone else was excellent thanks to Justin also! I love my car and my experience

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.
