McKee was so awesome. He made the experience so enjoyable. He was able to answer our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he asked the other team members. I would highly recommend McKee as a sales person. I honestly can not think of anything negative about our experience with McKee. We test drove 4 vehicles and finally decided on a corn flower blue 2025 Taos. It's pretty! 💎 It took us about 3 or 4 hours make the decision. We apprecated the time that McKee gave us. The manager and finance person were great also (sorry I can't remember their names). They were knowledgeable and professional. This was our second vehicle that we purchased from Murdock. Our first vehicle was a 2016 Jetta. We had it for about 10 years and took great care of it and had it serviced there. We did trade it in and we got a great deal. I would highly recommend Murdock VW when you are searching for a new vehicle. All of the team members were great. We plan on continuing to have it serviced there. Gordon Palmer and the crew at West Motor in Preston, ID are fantastic! We live in Star Valley, WY, two hours away from Preston. We were in the market for a slightly used Dodge Journey. I had been in contact with several other dealers, including the Dodge dealer in Star Valley, but Gordon gave us the best rate and the best price on a 2016 Journey! We wanted to trade in our 99 Chevy Suburban as part of our down payment on the new vehicle. On the way to Preston, my three-year-old daughter got car sick going over Immigration Pass and puked in the car. We didn't have the means to clean it up sufficiently, but Gordon was really cool about it. He gave us rags and towels to help us get it cleaned up once we got to the dealer and they still gave us a good trade-in value. The purchasing process was really simple and the wait was not long at all. Gordon was really friendly and professional and he most definitely knows what he's doing. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else! They even topped off the vehicle for us before we made the two-hour trek back home. He gave us two fobs for our Journey, but one of them wasn't working. When we went back to get a new one, Gordon was very accommodating and even reimbursed us for the fuel we spent to drive back over there! If I ever need service on my vehicle or am in the market for a new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram, I'm most definitely going back to West Motor Company!!

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

The service department takes care of our older vehicles and they do a great job. Chad is awesome and the entire business is staffed with friendly, Service minded employees.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I bought a car online, without ever seeing it in person. I've been duped before by doing that. Not this case. My salesperson, Rick H. always answered every question promptly and went over the car with me on the phone. I drove 500 miles to get the car. Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

If I could have given this dealership 10 stars, I would have. We worked with Rick and he was very professional and knowledgable. He went above and beyond x100! We had been looking for a 2018 Ram 3500 for quite some time and found a truck on their website. My husband contacted Rick regarding the truck and our trade. This dealership gave us a very fair amount for our trade, considering we were keeping our wheels, tires, tonneau cover, and they were leveling our new truck. And since we live 6 hours away, we needed to get things done in a quick and efficient manner. By the time we got there, the paperwork was ready, they took and swapped our wheels immediately and switched our tonneau cover to the new truck. Ricks service was absolutely impeccable and I hope every dealership follows in their footsteps. We buy A LOT of vehicles and, time and time again, service means SO MUCH for return business!! Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I bought a new car from West Motors mostly by text messages and that had the car brought over to the dealership that I wanted to pick it up at and had all the paperwork done and off I went. Excellent experience I would buy from them again in a hart beat.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Only has had one glitch, the passenger window switch died after about a month, but that's what the warranty is for, and they fixed it. The hybrid is rated at 38 mpg I think, but I'm getting closer to 48, I log my mileage, so that's a reliable number. Front wheel drive so you don't have the light rear end traction issues. Feels and drives more like a car, but when you want to load stuff the bed is there. Unless you want a big heavy duty truck, which it isn't, there's nothing not to love about it.

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.

I needed a 1 ton dually truck as I have a 34 foot Eliminator SS Continental and a 28 foot Eliminator SS race trailer, both are heavy as they are outfitted as mobile shops. We maxed the 28 out moving the shop and the truck pulled like a freight train. I have 17,000 miles on the odometer zero issues and a respectable return in fuel economy 13-14.5 considering how much in town driving we end up doing and how heavy the truck is so roughly what a 1/2 ton V8 gas truck gets. I bought the Big Horn CC 4X4 Dually with the Blackout Package body in white. The paint is good holds wax and shines nicely when clean. I got the 12" touchscreen and the Alpine 9 speaker system with the subwoofer and it is a worthy expense as it actually sounds better than the Harmon Kardon system in the wife's Durango RT Premium, she's jealous. I got 4:10:1 rear with the AISIN Transmission, I could have waited for the TorqueFlight and the additional 75 ft. Lbs of Torque with the 2025 model but I don't like experimenting with 1st year engines and Transmissions, I've had the experience. Plus we got a really great deal that with comparable options 2024 GM and Fords were more money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one but I plan on retiring with this truck, it's a good one! The dealership and factory support are great, I've never had a problem getting anything done within reason and warranty items are no questions asked unless you chipped up your truck. These trucks don't need anymore than what they came with, @1,000 lbs. ft Torque. The post 2019 Cummins 6.7 requires synthetic oil but consider the fact that oil changes can extend two times or more of conventional oil and the benefits pay off. I would not hesitate to recommend this truck.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Great everyday ride. Not a sports car by any means but has features that no other suv in its size and price can match. Leather seats are uninspiring - suggest they go synthetic with a nicer look and feel. Acceleration of hybrid is very good and appreciate no CVT tranny - prefer the traditional 6speed and front/back drive with no electric motor separately motoring the rear. This is my wife’s car and 2nd in 2 years - upgraded to the hybrid limited because the base engine is a dog and gets terrible mpg.

Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!
