Truly the best car salesman I've ever worked with . . . and I've bought a car or two in my lifetime. He actually answers his cell phone and when he's not available, he does call/text you back. He answers all questions (no matter how big or small) and doesn't get annoyed. And he actually does what he says he's going to do, he doesn't just "blow smoke" to make the sale! Oh and you can tease with this guy. Very professional, yet still human and can take a joke! I had never purchased a vehicle here before this week and unless something changes or I can't get Thomas, he has all of my future business, hands down. (I only wish we had "found" him three months ago when my son also bought a new vehicle in Cloquet, MN and got bent over bad with that dealership . . . they are so dirty, they even made sure to take the google reviews down as fast as we put them up, because evidently the truth hurts. Day and night difference in the vehicle buying experience. They need to be shut down and sure wouldn't be missed when you can go to John Hirsch in Cambridge, MN and work with Thomas Lee!)

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

In for an oil change, however near another service needed. All completed for this visit.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

The service department needs to keep in more contact with the customer and let them know what?s going on instead of leaving them in the dark for 60 days

2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

Great vehicle. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. It rides good and has great performance with the 6.2 engine!! For an SUV, it is very quiet.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

I purchased my Outback Premium in 2022 new. Liked the color. silver, and didn't want moonroof or a lot of extras that could break. Bad battery experience has really disappointed our experience although the cars performance and comfort has not.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Words cannot express how awesome the customer service of this dealership is! And I never imagined in my life that I would say that about a dealership. I submitted an inquiry through the CarGurus app and almost instantly got a text message with a video of Donna holding a sign with my name and introducing herself and letting me she was available to answer any questions. Very shortly after Brandon sent me a text letting me know he was available for any questions I might have. Unprompted, he personally created a walk around video of the vehicle I was interested in along with a link to a fact sheet about the car itself. That alone was incredible to me. Then I asked about a vehicle inspection report and Carfax report. He texted me copies of them almost immediately as well as the original window sticker. We set up a day and time for me to come in to look at it and test drive. On my way there I got a text from Brandon letting me know he had the vehicle all ready for me when I got there. When I arrived he was sitting right inside the door waiting for me. Talk about service! When it came time to talk numbers there was absolutely no hassle! They had even dropped the price before I got there unbeknownst to me but offered at the lower price without me even knowing they lowered it! They didn’t try to add all kinds of extra fees or anything. They gave me all the information I asked for and were very transparent with all the numbers. And while I walked in there already preapproved for financing with a very competitive APR, they were able to beat it! The vehicle I bought from them was a used Chevy. And I am probably furthest away from being a “Ford” guy. But honestly, I think the next time I’m looking for a new vehicle it will probably be a Ford from this dealership! Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

I went up there to look at a particular car, I was able to test drive it, buy it and was out the door in two hours. They were very respectful of my time and needs, no attempt to up sell me, and they replaced the battery in the key!

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.
