2025 Polestar 3 review
I picked up my Polestar 3, single motor long range, less than a month ago on a lease program with lots of incentives. It has been a great car to drive and it does get great range, 350 miles, on a charge. The Jupiter paint is unique and the first of its kind in the Southeast region. Wool blend seats are very comfortable. It has plenty of pick up and handles very well . I am very impressed. As a Volvo owner since 1974, there is a lot of Volvo in the Polestar. The 3 is built in the Volvo Ridgeville, SC plant so there was no tariff worries. I highly recommend this car!

We had been shopping around for a couple weeks for a used Q5. These guys were super easy to work with; they set up test drives for whatever we wanted and were really low key. Not sure I've ever been less pressured to buy a car at a dealership before. When we decided what we wanted, there wasn't the usual haggling or chatting with managers. They asked us what we wanted for our trade in and matched Kelly Blue Book trade in value without issue. After the purchase was complete, we noticed that an oil change was needed in a few hundred miles. They told us that their shop would contact us to complete this work on them; appointment is tomorrow. Great customer service from laid back and competent people. The entire process (start to finish) couldn't have been much more than an hour. Would definitely come back to buy a car in the future.

D & C Motor Company review
Found a lightly used A220 that I was looking for here. Though they wouldn’t negotiate on price, it was priced very competitively. They replaced the cracked windshield and reset service notice (car had been serviced). Wish they would have topped off the washer fluid while they were at it since that notification was on as well. Dealership facilities are nice but very limited customer parking on site.

Looked and looked for an Audi A3 Sportback e-tron, and was ready to settle for one that had most of what I wanted, was an OK color and close to what I wanted to pay. The night before I was ready to make that purchase, GLAW advertised an A3 e-tron that had everything that I wanted, the perfect color, fewer miles and was $2,000.00 less than I would have paid for the not so perfect A3. After emailing Al and saying I would stop by the next day to test drive the car, I arrived to find the A3 waiting, freshly rinsed and ready for me to take for a spin. It was such an easy decision to make the purchase, and the deal was completed in less than an hour. No stress, no unanswered questions, got additional information about possible HOV stickers and all of it done with Covid precautions observed. This place is a gem. They deserve a better physical location, but the personnel and business model are top drawer!

My son needed a new car and has been looking at the Nissan Altima. He wanted to trade in his current vehicle for something that was a bit more cost effective in the way of gas and insurance. Roque helped my son find the perfect match that was cost and momentum aligned. Throughout the experience, it was evident that Roque cares deeply about his customers' well-being - even after the purchase is complete. From start to finish the communication was top tier, our questions were answered honestly, and the entire process was respectful and full of integrity. Coming from another dealership where our experience was quite the opposite, this was a breath of fresh air. Everyone in Puyallup Nissan is genuinely kind. There's no sense of forced niceties. Roque and everyone at Puyallup Nissan are proof that excellent customer service still exists in 2026. That isn't easy to find. Ethan in finance was thorough and efficient. There was no question about what we were signing our names to. The transparency is greatly appreciated. Ethan made sure that all questions were answered, that we understood everything we were getting, offered additional package items for purchase, and kept the process moving forward. I cannot rave about this dealership and experience enough. Puyallup Nissan has earned a loyal customer for life.
