2002 was the end of the line for performance cars at Pontiac. The Firebird and Trans Am were iconic muscle cars that helped define the genre. I was lucky in finding 1 of 2000 Collector Edition models with super low miles. The car runs strong, handles well, and still looks great 19 years later. The interior is dated but nobody buys a Trans Am for the interior. It is still fast and fun to drive. Getting a 4th generation Firebird is more economical then buying a project and restoring/modifying it to meet modern standards. This car is for serious drivers to are tired of the current run of the mill cookie-cutter tin can cars today, and it is half the price of current muscle car remnants, it can still keep up with most of them too!

Loved my firebirds . I bought a new 1994 and a 1999 . V6 but awesome power it’s a Pontiac I replaced window motors , antenna motor, alternator, rotar,flip light motor ,oil gastric seals , I sold it and regretted it , but I figured I was grown up in my late 30’s but boy am I looking for the last one made miss my car , fun to drive and it got so many compliments black no tee tops no ram hood but beautiful I’ve noticed people haven’t taken care of theirs in the used one’s I’m looking for , how sad wish Pontiac would make them again beautiful styling cars , it had 210,000. Miles and was going strong

My 2008 G8GT has 185K on it and it still drives and handles like a new car. I have changed the brakes to slotted and change the oil myself every 3-4k miles. Front seats are not that comfortable for long trips and is my only minor complaint. I will keep the car as long as I can because there is nothing like the power being offered in a four door by an American Car Company.

I purchased a Mercedes SL500 as an anniversary gift for my wife and dealt with both Brian and Tom (the owner) throughout the sale. This is an update. I have reached the 127,000-mile range, and in the last year, I have replaced the transmission ($ 2,000 including labor), radiator, CV joints, and front shock absorbers ($ 2,500). The exterior paint on the engine bonnet and the roof has faded considerably, and the weather strips on all windows need to be replaced. Still, it's a lot cheaper to do the repairs than to buy an overpriced used vehicle or get into a new one.

Only required regular maintenance. Never broke down. Drove from 20k miles to 190k miles. Took long trips in it. Very smooth on road. Has power and excellent steering. Hold the road. the vehicle is hard to drive in snow and rain. It sits very low to ground so must be careful.

Throughout the entire process, the staff was very helpful, especially the Ramy salesman. Anybody looking for a vehicle should definitely consider buying from them.

16 year old car; I didn't put a ton of miles on it, had the remote start. I live this car and still drive it. I'm tall and needed to be able to sit comfortably and upright (have spinal stenosis). Loved the remote start so much. It's my zip zip around car. Longer wheelbase made it a little harder to park in those tiny parking spaces at strip malls. Enjoyed immensely taking this car in day trips and weekend get aways. Fam still borrow it for trips. So much room for the passengers, never complaints from passengers. Lots of room to pack what you need. I've had to replace a wheel bearing. The paint is chopping off now {it sits outside in all weather}. The chrome plated wheels started peeling fairly early on but didn't bother me much. They do now have to be sanded when getting new tires to ensure proper seal (they do that at the tire installation shop) otherwise you have a slow leak. I now have to manually turn off the blinkers, but cld pay to have that fixed, just haven't. Speakers still make me happy. I can plug in a phone and listen to my music, but of course too old for a screen or other conveniences. I love my torrent will be sad when it it done and gone.

I traded in 2 Saturns for a black 2008 Grand Prix GXP with 62,300 miles. I've gone though it with new coils, wires, plugs, wipers, filters, some fluids changed and a new set of tires. Even replaced the headlight lenses and tail lights with new custom modern LEDs. Also added a performance chip and a Turbomag kit. I have a few other repairs I still have to do (like A/C, it works but leaks), but I love this car already and I am just getting started. Not good for full burn outs, though it has the power. Instead, you just launch! Your head hits the head rest and it feels like your eye xxxxx are bouncing off the back of your skull. I love it. Stock with the LS4 5.3L they are 303 hp, I think I'm getting around 380 something out of it. It's my baby, even though I am more of a classic car fan. They can bury me in it when I die. :o)

Purchased a car from Regis at Illinois Motors in Cary. Car was purchased from out of state . He made the whole process seamless. I've always been a Pontiac conisur. In '77 I got a 69. Absolutely amazing. In 2003 I got a 91. Now I have a '95 and it is tops. Named her SAM for Surface to Air Missle. Yes I am retired Army. Own and driven the 1992 EU build black color T-Top v6 from late 90's to 2003. If I could I still will drive it but I moved after 03 from Germany to Thailand and the car was standing all the time till 2010 without moving it. They are rare in Europe to get especially the last models from 1998 to 2002. With luck I get maybe once for a normal second hand price and not a collectors price one again, no matter v6 or v8 just the last model made till 2002. I saw prices today for v6 99' convertible by 12.800 EUR and a lot more for v8 engine WS6 starting at 16.000 EUR.

I bought my 1991 firebird last summer. I only had to fix the alternator when i bought it but i have not had any troubles after that day. The car itself is so low to the ground it allows for fun driving, and can handle sharp turns. has great torque and horse power to start with i have had no need to tweek any thing. I would like to say this car is fine for getting around form work or driving people around, but if you are looking for a car with a kick and that you can have fun with this is the car.I personally feel at home driving though a local car town and it fits in with the older classics. with the bright red paint job. overall best car i have seen all around. but from being in Minnesota the car struggles in winter without winter tires.

I gave them 2 days notice that I would be there at around noon, I got there at 2:30 pm. The man who helped me was very nice; unfortunately they had sold the car I was interested in earlier that morning.

Trans Am is a classic with amazing power and performance! Love this car. Comfortable, sleek and roomy. The LS1 engine is one of the best!

In completed this car will be an eye catcher. It has won trophy's at car shows in the past. The engine is a 383 with all forged components.
