I have been to Shottenkirk numerous time. Every time I go there, I am thoroughly satisfied with the work, environment, employees. The shop is always clean and very welcoming.

I am on my 5th year with this car. I purchased it from the original owner in 2004 with under 50,000 miles. It was well taken care of and I continued that so it is in bizarly nice condition. I only bought this car because of the Supercharged engine. A supercharger is an amazing thing. This car will compete with most any vehicle around especially when passing. So far I have not put a dollar into anything as nothing goes wrong except the maintenance items such as brakes and tires and unfortunatly suspension. It is the computer controlled, air ride suspension and simply does not work. What a mistake on GM's part. This car handles worse than probably every single car on the road. I am at 98,000 miles now in April 2009 and expect things to start going wrong. No car can last this long trouble free. I would bet that if this car was treated just average it would not have held up this well. Overall this is a nice car, with mediocre build quality and a reliable, ultra-strong engine. I still get compliments, mostly due to its condition which says a lot for a 12 year old car. I wish all vehicles were supercharged.

My 2008 G8GT has 185K on it and it still drives and handles like a new car. I have changed the brakes to slotted and change the oil myself every 3-4k miles. Front seats are not that comfortable for long trips and is my only minor complaint. I will keep the car as long as I can because there is nothing like the power being offered in a four door by an American Car Company.

I traded in 2 Saturns for a black 2008 Grand Prix GXP with 62,300 miles. I've gone though it with new coils, wires, plugs, wipers, filters, some fluids changed and a new set of tires. Even replaced the headlight lenses and tail lights with new custom modern LEDs. Also added a performance chip and a Turbomag kit. I have a few other repairs I still have to do (like A/C, it works but leaks), but I love this car already and I am just getting started. Not good for full burn outs, though it has the power. Instead, you just launch! Your head hits the head rest and it feels like your eye xxxxx are bouncing off the back of your skull. I love it. Stock with the LS4 5.3L they are 303 hp, I think I'm getting around 380 something out of it. It's my baby, even though I am more of a classic car fan. They can bury me in it when I die. :o)

My Mazda had its 10000 mile check up with also having a recall letter being taken care of.

This car is the best Pontiac ever so much fun.in Canada there is none on the road last time I saw 👀 one it was last year.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. Purchased new September of 2009 now has 162K miles and i will never sell this car it has and is perfect. Best car I have ever owned and my first car was bought in 1967. Just a little info., the air condition system has never been serviced and you could hang meat in it on 100 degree day. It's on it's second battery does not use any oil between services. Original water pump. Not a tick under hood and as of two months ago will still do 164mph. No mods what so ever. And for looks minds Red w/two tone red/black interior simply beautiful

I’m a bragging past owner of a 2006 G6 Gypsy sedan. First owner up to around 37,000 miles. Great experience & performance! Only issue that aggravated me was the key release from the ignition “ which was repeatedly repaired & never solved?” My model was the rare 6 speed manual “ yes in a sedan!!!!” The manual had to be in a certain precise position to trigger the ignition key release. I joked with GM service department that apparently the car wanted to keep driving?! The only other service I can remember was the leather seat cover replaced because the color wore away. & a suspension part up front. Everything covered by factory no arguments. I’m extremely serious that this is one General Motors hidden past gems!!!! “ keep in mind I am NOT talking base entry level model here.” Everyone knows about the G8 the solstice which is understandably justified! However these G6 GTP & GXP are the best investment for the budget minded to get performance in a competitive fun driving sedan with luggage & storage space!” Unless you’re smart enough to purchase the HARDTOP metal roof convertible!” Do your self & your wallet a favor & don’t ignore the vehicle when looking!

bought used with 128xxx. 6 years later still wouldn't sell. I have yet to get into a situation that I wasn't able to maneuver it out of easily. taken it through spots that trucks couldn't (driver experience and ability). for the last year it has served as one of the best work trucks I've ever been around. I know on more than a few times that it was definitely overloaded I'm talking about the rear fender being about 1/2 Inch from the tire, and she hasn't disappointed me yet or let me down. only reason why I didn't give 5 stars all the way across the board, is that horrible evil things called governors at 108mph. it's now over 21 years old and 180xxxish miles. only thing I have upgraded is the air intake and filter. (BEFORE) if you floor in from a dead stop it would shift into 2ND gear at 45MPH (AFTER) 50MPH. (BEFORE) from 2nd to 3rd a 90MPH, (AFTER) AROUND 100MPH

I purchased my 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix in July 2008. At the time of the purchase it has 55,000 miles and today I have 346,000. The original motor and transmission is still in the car. I haven’t experienced any major mechanical issues.

I bought this car used in 2012. Over 10yrs later and 214k miles she still rolling. I did have to replace power steering sensor last year and unfortunately it has to be reprogrammed in shop or would of saved chuck of money. My evap solenoid is giving me trouble but my heat my AC my radio my windows all work and I would buy a brand new one if I good. Lots of replaced headlamp bulbs over the years but once rewired it made much better

(owner of three 06/07 g6 GT/GTPs convertibles) Wonderful, sporty look. Design is great with minimal flaws such as cover that opens when top comes down malfunctioning or air vents coming out. Seats look great but sit in this car longer then two hours you'll wish you weren't. Every car I've seen has a rip in driver seat, you'll know what I mean if you own one most likely. Engine and transmission are strong and reliable with little maintenance needed. Things like CV joints, ball joints, sway bars, etc you'll need to replace often along with many electrical details and oil/tranny leaks. All around amazing, going on five years with my first one from 132k miles to 203k miles it runs just as it did the day I bought it.

Bought this car when it was 8 years old with 128,000 miles. I was able to put 90,000 miles on it. I had "Pass Lock" issues which is a security issue that won't let you start the car unless you leave the key on the "on" position for at least 10 minutes. Cheap repair that resolved the problem. Intake manifold gaskets were replaced at 125,000 miles and again at 213,000 miles as well as the O-Ring in the fuel line. Next the head gaskets went. Other than that it is a great car that needs typical maintenance.

Quick car, dependable, GM should have made more. Good looking car, don't see another one every time you drive it. They hold there value. I sold it to buy something faster.

I missed out on the first truck I wanted to buy there but soon afterwards they had another one that fit my budget and requirements. The process was easy. Have had it since it came off the line in 2007. Use it for personal travel. Did some "road" trips to AZ and So & No Cal, broke more than a few speed limits! It gets looks everywhere. Love, Love, Love my GXP. Am having 3 fluid leaks fixed this week. Expensive, but I plan to keep it. It looks like new still.

My mom bought this car brand new in 2009 and I bought it from her in 2016, and finally now at 245k miles it finally needs a timing chain replacement and I'm making the decision to let it go. This car has taken me all over America multiple times over on 15k+ mile road trips. It has gone off road (not well but did it), zips up and down mountains, handled extreme cold (-40 F) and extreme heat (128 F) with no problems whatsoever. Even the transmission still runs like a dream, and i was really hoping to get a little more time from this car, but it's gotta go. Would absolutely buy another one if Pontiac was still around.

I bought a pickup 6 years ago. It still runs good. I decided to buy a car for my son and recommended him to get one from them. Very honest and will let you know all the work they did to it. If I could give them a higher rating I would. We’re not pushy to sell like most dealers are. Made my experience even better than the last. If you ever need a vehicle I’d highly recommend you give them a try like I did. I’m sure you won’t regret it.

These Pontiacs with the 3.8 engine are solid as a rock and make a good used car Buy. I owned the Pontiac GT it's simply was a great trouble free car. And all of these Pontiacs are fun to drive.

If you have kids but still want to take pride in your ride, the G8 GT is a great choice. Mine is over 10 years old and still turns heads and is just a blast to drive. But even more important, it has a massive trunk and rear seat so I was able to fit three car seats across the back and pack the trunk full for a full vacation. The best part is that this car has never left me stranded anywhere, after putting 100,000 miles on it.

Wonderful people to deal with no pressure to buy. Purchasing 2 vehicles from them. Some things wrong with vehicles and they are in the process of fixing those. Highly recommend in taking a look at some nice clean vehicles.

I bought my car used 3 years ago with 20k on it, I have taken many trips over 400 miles each time. Super comfy for long trips, great gas mileage, the only issues I've had were the recalls that I got fixed. Nothing major. I love it!
