I purchased a Macan for my wife and a Cayenne for me and we’re so happy that we chose to go with Porsche of riverside and that Rob was our sales rep. Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

I first wrote to Porsche Ontario online enquiring about one of their CPO Taycan Turbos I saw on cars.com. They were quick to respond, very friendly and responsive and connected me to one of their sales specialists JB (Jonathan Beitz). I should preface this by saying my husband has always had a good impression of Walters' group because of all the positive reviews he's read. We have a Porsche location much closer to where we live but have felt that their sales staff are arrogant and not very warm. JB understood that we lived a bit further out and made sure he sent me a video walk through of the vehicle to give us a better idea of the vehicle and we managed to agree on the price before we drove all the way out. That really helped us save time sitting at the dealership. JB is extremely knowledgeable about the features of the Taycan Turbo and told us honestly the pros and cons of the car's features, so we knew what we were getting into. He did not try to upsell us other services which is very refreshing in the car purchasing business. When we had to speak with the finance guy, we were introduced to Shelly Fisher. Wow! my husband and I were just blown away by how personable and friendly Shelly is. Again, he did not try to upsell any other add on service and took the time to explain everything to us. We have never had such a pleasant and easy car purchasing experience, EVER! Thank you, JB and Shelly for making our purchase experience so enjoyable. You guys ROCK!

My experience with Rusnak was fantastic from start to finish. My sales person Cham was amazing. He was extremely professional, patient, attentive, and honest. We purchased a new Macan 4S (EV) in February from this dealership, and it was a great experience... 1. careful "build"- we normally special order cars like Porsches, as lot cars don't have items that really finish the car. Not so with these guys- the car was built very carefully. I figured it had to be a special order- but no- they just take time 2. Sales Assoc Giovanni was polite, responsive, and direct. Very straight forward. Negotiations took less than 1 minute and he offered a competive price (we've been looking). 3. they knocked themselves out to get the car detailed and get us out quickly. I am not an "easy grader" - but these guys did a great job and we will definitely buy again.

visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me.
