After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

We were very pleased by the professionalism and kindness of Pedro Lopez. He was not the typical sleezy car sales person you imagine to encounter. He was fair (i guess as fair as it could be considering it is a car purchase) very knowledgeable and patient. And the car dealership is very conveniently located! The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. I bought a 2018 991.2 Carrera S in Guards Red from them. The car had been in a slight accident with damage to the right front fender. They showed me the before and after repair pictures and the car fax indicating the damage. Car has only 9k miles, looks, rides and sounds great. I saved over 18k compared to similar elsewhere. Michael initially showed me the car and Emily seamlessly closed the deal. Turned out to be a great experience and deal for me.
