Deals fade and numbers blur, but how I felt during the experience will stick. Tom was great throughout the process. I had initially gone to another dealership and walked out feeling super pressured. When I came into Sutherlin I was nervous about feeling similarly, but not at all. I didn't feel pressured by Tom and my parents who joined me felt respected.
