Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

I bought a car yesterday from Topline Automotive and I am very happy with it! My experience with Topline and their staff has been top notch from the beginning. I had been looking to buy a used BMW for 5 years now, and due to unforeseen circumstances I was looking to buy one within the month. I did my research and did my numbers, and found 3 really good deals. I checked out the other cars and dealers in Orange County and had my friend also run numbers on her end. I expressed interest in the car I found at Topline and called to see when I could check it out. The manager/director, Ethan Lam, helped me from start to finish. He was great! Not pushy or aggressive, very communicative, and super helpful. I filled out the online application they have on their website for financing and he found me such an awesome deal/rate, it was unbelievable. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with his efforts! The quality of the cars that Topline has is impressive. The car I ended up buying looked really clean and well-maintained. There are extensive photos for every one of their vehicles available online, so there were no surprises. They have an extremely nice selection of used luxury cars that have been well-maintained and look brand new. The car I chose runs beautifully and was such a good deal, it still feels unreal! Great customer service by Carlos in the service department! He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything to me, to best maintain my car. Would recommend Carlos and Porsche South Bay without hesitation!

I didn't think it would happen at a Porsche dealership but this was literally the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had in my life. I called Marilyn and asked about a particular car that I had been searching for months trying to find. Marilyn and her team gave me a GREAT price and I drove 2 hours out there to pick up the car that day. I was in and out and back home in a matter of hours. I had called nearly every other Porsche dealer in the So. Cal. area and none were as fair, transparent, or attentive as Woodland Hills.

If you’re going to buy your car from this place I would highly suggest going to William can’t he was super helpful and informative about my new car purchase and I’m sure he would get you the best deal and make sure you leave happy with the new car you choose

After a terrible experience at Rusnak! I had the car there(Rusnak Service Dept." for 5 days with an appointment before they did a "Check Engine Light" Like.. come-on! Really!? I decided to take my Porsche out of there and called Porsche Downtown in L.A. and made an appointment for tomorrow morning with Andy Acevedo Service Advisor. Great guy! I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow! THANK ANDY AND L.A. PORSCHE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!
