I was skeptical. I am a believer in authorized dealer service and have been using authorized dealers for more than twenty years, on vehicles purchased new and kept for that length of time. In the case of the 911, I had tried three dealers in my area, all with disappointing results. Porsche Irvine was a refreshing change.
