I had used Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for service for 9 years with 2 Grand Cherokees. The service was done in a timely manner. The fee has been close to the same as an independent Jeep service company I had used for a earlier Grand Cherokee I owned.

This is the best driving SUV ever! Love it! I feel safe and it handles extremely well. The infotainment system is wonderful! I will buy it again!

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

Here is a 2 year review! Never been to the dealership. It is over 2900 miles away from me, however, l did purchase a 2017 ALFA Romeo 4C from them 2 years ago. Still very much enjoying the car! Frank the salesman was very nice to deal with and took care of all my long distance questions. The GSM that handled the paperwork and final details along with setting up shipping is very professional. This 4C was also featured in last springs "ALFA Owner" national magazine as the centerfold! Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

2012 Porsche Cayenne great luxury and sports vehicle combined into one SUV. Porsche has really out done it with the Cayenne. I've owned Lexus rx 350 and Mercedes ml 500. I enjoy the drive and ride of the Porsche Cayenne much better.

This review is for 2016 GTS model. After owning this car for a year / 20k miles, it left mixed impressions. Good: - very engaging, fun ride. Especially after installing fabspeed cat bypass and in the sport+ mode, the car sounds amazing - handling is good, its not jumpy on high speeds - interior quality - overall this was my best car to date for long road trips, not only it’s not tiring, but also fun, even on 12 hour drive. - the looks … gts model looks amazing … you cannot tell it from the 2023 model from the front, and the back overall looks better - nice gas tank size, dont need to refuel often - seats are comfortable - the AC and air quality inside the car is very good Bad: - honestly the car has mechanical flaw. You can find more info on this online, but the transmission is jerky on low speed and abrupt during breaking. The car had transfer case changed twice and it did not help. Imo this is the software issue - the v6 engine is weak. Comparing to x6m this is a totally different game. It cannot compete - trunk space is a disaster … the trunk is tiny - overall reliability, there’s been a couple of faults here and there Overall I am confused with the experience. While it was a fun car, I would have expected much more from porsche in terms of reliability and performance. Maintenance of a car is another issue, you can’t just drop by at any decent shop, because most don’t work on porsche. Those that do, are booked or don’t accept the 3rd party warranty

I cannot begin to express how GREAT they made the car buying experience for me. Canaan was an absolute pleasure to work with, easy going, straightforward, and kind. We also worked with Jason in finance, and he too was fun to work with and made the experience light-hearted and enjoyable. We found a small cosmetic issue with the car when we got it back home, and they were quick to fix it for us (free of charge), all while lending me a Porsche to drive around town while they handled it (which was fun!)... They just made the whole situation easy for us and made sure we felt taken care of, which was really cool to experience. When making a big purchase, you want to feel heard and supported and these guys did just that for us. The dealership is clean, friendly, honest, and professional. Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Dan Langley puts the experience in Experience Manager. Enjoyed my Lexus for a long time and when it came for something new I immediately fell in love with a Porsche listed at Towbin. I put in a request for info online and was contacted quickly via text by Dan (appreciated text via the random call that always happens while you’re busy.) After learning this would be my first performance sports car purchase, he made it clear he was willing to be a resource for me - even if I didn’t end up buying from him. Very kind but also brilliant long-game move. ;) Dan had the car ready and waiting when I got there and was patient through my looooong test drive and all the questions I had. This was a big purchase for me and I’ll admit I am pretty critical and a bit distrustful of car sales people so I’m probably not the easiest customer. Dan didn’t take anything personally and, dare I say, was perhaps even empathetic. The lack of a DME (rev) report was a big sticking point for me since over revs on a manual Porsche can equal trouble down the road. Knowing this report can only be completed with special equipment, Dan took it down to Trophy Performance, a trusted Porsche specialist, and had the report completed for me the next day which I really appreciated. This car was probably the most inexpensive one on the lot but I never felt rushed; Dan was patient, professional and willing to share his knowledge and experience with me from start to finish, even helping me get my bluetooth synced up after the purchase was made and helping with aftermarket questions. He also kindly gifted me a nice Ferrari book before I drove off (I had shared how much of a sports car aficionado my dad is) and put my 16 year old step daughter and I behind the wheel of some pretty fancy cars just for fun as we waited to wrap up the sale. I came in with my own financing, but Troy helped us wrap up paperwork and was very personable as well, chatting through the tediousness that can come with all those final signatures. All in all- what I’m saying here is - just ask for Dan. He’s great at what he does but also seems like decent human being which does count for something when you’re making a big purchase.
