I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

What can I say. Overall a great experience. They really enjoy what they do over here and the stock of cars is amazing!! One word of advice is make sure you check every small detail. The sales people can miss details and so can you. They move cars QUICK here and the sales reps on a Saturday seemed very busy!! The dealer had burgers and drinks to share with us while we waited which was awesome. Before I met the owner and his son, I was getting the feeling this was a family business, and it is! I went in for a routine Service B however as I am new to the brand I was very uninformed. Daniel was great at filling in every single gap! Through conversing he was able to diagnose that I was there for a small service as the car is excellent condition. This lead to me exploring the option to bundle 2 services together which ended up working out fantastically. So at 50 and 60k miles those 2 services will be bundled for a MUCH reduced price. All thanks to Daniel.

Question mostly for long-term service customers: how does their service handle warranty disputes if something comes up later? I’ve only done oil and filters once and everything was fine, but I’m considering buying a new GMC here and wondering about long-term support.

This car is not just fun to drive, it is SUPER fun to drive!!! The acceleration, the cornering, even the cruise control… man, I love this car. Sometimes I have to pinch myself just to make sure it’s not just a dream.

When you’re buying a car at that price, you want to know you won’t be left alone with problems. They promised support after the sale and they kept it.

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

In fall of 2023 I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here. I was afraid of getting a beaten car but this one is as new: 4WD works right, the transmission doesn’t hesitate in traffic. I’ve taken it into mud a couple times and nothing crunches. They told me up front I’d likely need brakes soon, and that’s exactly how it went.

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

After the purchase they called me twice, not to sell anything, just to ask if everything was okay. I didn’t expect that level of attention.

Can’t believe I’ve never owned one before this. Couldn’t imagine a better built vehicle then this one. Also look forward to possibly buying more in the future
