I had a lovely time at my Bend Volvo dealership. I was there getting a recall problem address on my new/used CX 40. Their waiting room is very nice and comes stocked with some yummy goodies. A nice knowable young man walk me around the lot as I asked him questions about new Volvo models. And the repair team was kind and very quick with the new software updates to my backup camera. Alas, I also had to buy a new key fob for my car, these are really too expensive! However, I know this price is set by their corporate overlords and not their fault. I like the team and will bring Dove (my lovely grey Volvo) back for her next service! Thanks Team Volvo!

2012 Porsche Cayenne great luxury and sports vehicle combined into one SUV. Porsche has really out done it with the Cayenne. I've owned Lexus rx 350 and Mercedes ml 500. I enjoy the drive and ride of the Porsche Cayenne much better.

Was looking for an SUV for everyday/long-haul drives that met my priorities - safety, comfort, reliability, fuel economy. This one has them in spades! Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

I had the pleasure of working with Sunburst Auto Sales to acquire a 2004 Corvette. Car was listed on internet for one day and I sent in a request about purchasing. I inquired about the car via email and she responded right away, took photos and answered my questions. I went in the next day and met her, we went for a drive, she was extremely knowledgeable about the car. I seen a listing for a vehicle that I was interested in and went to inquire about it. Was taken to vehicle and then was told to take it out for a drive. No judgement, no questions. I got to do a real test drive with the type of driving I do, in areas that I drive. About 40 miles and over an hour of driving later, we arrived at the shop. Instead of getting pushed into purchasing, we talked about the vehicle for about 30 minutes. Sales person actually knew everything about the vehicle and answered my questions truthfully. I was never felt any pressure to purchase anything. Very laid back atmosphere. Transaction of purchase was quick and easy. Normally an hour or so of paperwork only took 15 minutes. After the purchase, I didn't have the feeling of buyers remorse, or regret. It's this type of environment that makes shopping for a vehicle actually something that can be enjoyed. Definitely would go back again.

It has tons of complicated features. Itis a gadget hounds dream, and a shade tree mechanics nightmare. It feels heavy but not underpowered. A nice "toy" car to have.
