My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

I had messages popping up on the screen about steering, engine, and others. Being in the middle of this pandemic lockdown I delayed having looked at. I called Steve Ellis and he advised to give it a few days to see if computer reset. It didn’t and I txted Steve he setup an appointment, and it got taken care of. Skip was there since it was Steve’s time off. Everything was organized, it took only a few minutes to drop off the care pickup a loaner and be away. Picking up was again easy and fast. Truly a professional operation. Under normal circumstances I would see Marty and Catch-up with him, another professional.

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Even though I understand this is an older model I was still disappointed that it doesn't have the bells and whistles one would expect of a Porsche. This car is lacking in, for example, many safety features, Bluetooth, voice capabilities, phone connection.... not available. The car is beautiful and we use it as a second car. Would not have purchased this car if it had been designated as our only vehicle.
