My wife was looking to purchase a Corolla Crosstrek and Ira was the only Toyota dealership in the area to contact us within 24 hours. It was at least a week before anybody tried to get a hold of her. Our experience was great. The staff were attentive and friendly. We came back a couple of weeks later for an unrelated reason and bought a Tacoma for my daughter. As we were finishing up with that purchase, which again was a great experience, there was discussion of making us a Toyota Family. I came back a couple of days later and bought a Tundra. Dan was great 👍🏻 The only complaint is that they said they detailed it, It didn’t seem like they did a great job The inside was still dirty on the floorboards and the electronics had some sort of film on it. Not sure what that was but other than that Dan was great, and the financing guy was great as well.
