The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

He focused on my needs and wants instead of trying to sell me something that was not exactly what I was looking for. He also worked well with my outside lender. The interest rates on the website are inflated, so I financed through my local credit union instead. Nate and my loan officer made the whole process go smoothly and I picked up my car the day after I chose it.

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

I can honestly say buying a used car through Mercedes Benz of Salt Lake City was the best experience I’ve had buying a car through a dealership. All the employees were great to work with. The salesman was the absolute best. The price was good and working out the details was an enjoyable experience. You can easily tell that they value their customers. I will definitely consider them first on my next purchase.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Every aspect from new purchases to the trade ins were handled professionally and fairly. These are car people! They love the cars and treat people with respect and kindness. They work hard to make it a good experience for the customer. For my most recent purchase, Tanner was my salesperson. It was his persistence that made it possible to track down an allocation. He helped me find the car, build the car and dealt with every little question and detail throughout the process. He knows and loves all things Porsche. Tanner handled everything with professionalism and integrity. He also made the whole experience fun. It was the best car purchase I’ve ever experienced.
