When they learned that my parents and I wanted to visit a nearby market while waiting, they kindly arranged a car for us and had Jack drive us there. Jack even came back to pick us up an hour later. The service itself was professional and transparent, with a detailed video summary provided. My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

Was looking for an SUV for everyday/long-haul drives that met my priorities - safety, comfort, reliability, fuel economy. This one has them in spades! Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

2012 Porsche Cayenne great luxury and sports vehicle combined into one SUV. Porsche has really out done it with the Cayenne. I've owned Lexus rx 350 and Mercedes ml 500. I enjoy the drive and ride of the Porsche Cayenne much better.

Great communication and update on progress. Automated Tex update of vehicle inspection report. Theo reviewed vehicle status, presented work order charges and quick wrap up with Apple Pay. The service department was great. I hit a pothole and got a flat tire while travelling. They worked me in and replaced the tire despite being booked solid with appointments. The waiting area was a temporary trailer because of construction but it was still air-conditioned, had clean bathrooms, and cold drinks and snacks.

My wife and I are past Lexus owners. Their new front end killed them for us. Happy they did though. The Cayenne is one of the best performance cars I have owned. While being fast and responsive it is also very comfortable. Interior is designed like a cockpit with all controls close to the driver.

Highly recommend this dealer, and Asia Allen, specifically. She helped me sort out a deal on a vehicle remotely, and it’s one of the easiest, if not easiest, car buying experiences I can recall. She’s very prompt, very friendly, made it easy to come to a fair price, and even arranged transport for me. Total white glove service, highly recommended!

My service tech Theo was great! The dealership swiftly had me pull my car in for an unscheduled recall item ( i scheduled it from an email that i received about the recall, but they didnt notify the location). Everyone was very helpful and kind. Great experience even though it was a free recall service and i didnt even purchase the car from them😀.
