Customer service person Michelle was great and explained my service needs present and future. She did a great job communicating up to the point when my car was complete. Although I had a ride to and from the service center she made it known other options were available complimentary through the service center. She even went as far as to check with the last Porsche service center to inquire what services they performed.

I had expressed interest in one of their used cars & was cordially invited in for a test drive. When we arrived, Alex (sales coordinator) had the car ready & handed the keys to me & my S.O. & said, “Have fun”. That particular car did not work out for us. This review is for 2016 GTS model. After owning this car for a year / 20k miles, it left mixed impressions. Good: - very engaging, fun ride. Especially after installing fabspeed cat bypass and in the sport+ mode, the car sounds amazing - handling is good, its not jumpy on high speeds - interior quality - overall this was my best car to date for long road trips, not only it’s not tiring, but also fun, even on 12 hour drive. - the looks … gts model looks amazing … you cannot tell it from the 2023 model from the front, and the back overall looks better - nice gas tank size, dont need to refuel often - seats are comfortable - the AC and air quality inside the car is very good Bad: - honestly the car has mechanical flaw. You can find more info on this online, but the transmission is jerky on low speed and abrupt during breaking. The car had transfer case changed twice and it did not help. Imo this is the software issue - the v6 engine is weak. Comparing to x6m this is a totally different game. It cannot compete - trunk space is a disaster … the trunk is tiny - overall reliability, there’s been a couple of faults here and there Overall I am confused with the experience. While it was a fun car, I would have expected much more from porsche in terms of reliability and performance. Maintenance of a car is another issue, you can’t just drop by at any decent shop, because most don’t work on porsche. Those that do, are booked or don’t accept the 3rd party warranty

This is a first class operation. In and out quick with a complimentary car wash included. you feel pampered at this dealership. Michelle in Service, was very attentive. I like the window into the garage and the text updates including video of the safety checks are new to me. As a tech geek, I found this very cool too.

My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!
