For an SUV, car is very sporty and comfortable. Lots of safety features including the lane change assist feature. Great look with the 21" wheels and metallic color.

It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. Thus, with that experience, coupled with many others, I am proud to recommend BAS to anyone who's purchasing or servicing a motor vehicle. This company also has an excellent service department. There’s never a problem, getting a loaner car and my car is always ready for pick up when promised. Randi W., my service representative, is extremely knowledgeable about my car and could not be any more helpful in seeing that everything in the process runs smoothly. She also keeps me up-to-date by making herself available for any questions I may have.

I don’t understand engines or suspension, and I liked that they didn’t try to talk over me to confuse me. They explained in simple words. Like this is serviced, the tires are fresh, nothing was welded. That builds trust.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Even though I didn't buy a Porsche I was still treated with top tier service. Everyone was excellent from the receptionist, to my sales person Rachel, to the finance manager Gina. My wife and I just bought new vehicles so we won't be in the market for a while but when that time comes this is where we'll go.
