I recently bought a used 2020 BMW X5 M competition. Sean provided excellent service and communication about the vehicle, even sending a personal introduction video as well as an in-depth video of the vehicle running with the hood up. Nothing underhanded or shady, made all flaws known, even though there were only one or two and virtually imperceptible. I was an out of state buyer and Sean along with the other staff at Austin Porsche made the process streamlined and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again guys!

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about my experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Austin! They are locally owned and it shows. They care about every customer and treat them as though each person is about to buy the most expensive car on the lot. They really CARE!!! I wish this company had a training program and trained every company in the NATION, no WORLD, no UNIVERSE (hee hee) how to treat each other. They are not just nice - they are genuine. They are not just polite or professional, they look for real world solutions for real world issues and are 100% human through it all. They do not candy coat or placate they solve, they find, they create. They work as a team to really help and I have not met one person here who deviates from that standard. Inspiring!

Have bought 4 cars since 2015 from covert cadillac. Its nice to see the same faces there everytime. Great experience everytime. Everyone makes you feel like your their own customer.. jason bruce, sales mngr, jerry durant in finance, al mathews in sales, jeff payne in tech, and adam deleon service advisor. If I could give R&D 100 stars I would. A few years ago I was in an accident and had not so great credit and was left without a car. I searched all over Austin and dealt with your typical car sales people. When I popped into R&D to test drive a car it was a warm welcome from the start. Fast forward to 2023 and I just purchased my third car with them. The team is always warm and welcoming, they’re understanding of any of life’s hardships and I truly feel like family when I walk in there. Each vehicle I’ve bought has ran and performed fantastic up until the day I traded it in. I’m now currently in my dream car all thanks to them. Was looking for an SUV for everyday/long-haul drives that met my priorities - safety, comfort, reliability, fuel economy. This one has them in spades! Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.
