Used 2024 Porsche Macan for sale near Laguna Beach, CA

I just picked up my new car last Sunday. Lidia Grasso, my sales person, has been exceptionally throughout the entire process. My previous Porsche Cayenne was serviced at dealership for 8 years. Jason Sands, my service advisor over all those years has also been exceptional to work with.

Adrian Kim is an attentive, detail oriented, and personable service advisor. Even though things did not go as expected (happens with mature vehicles), I enjoyed working with Adrian. He made sure to make the situation right and gave me valuable feedback on my vehicle. Thank you, Adrian!

New renovation of this location is really nice. Showroom and service drive are much nicer now. Simon was my service advisor and had been using him.

I was skeptical. I am a believer in authorized dealer service and have been using authorized dealers for more than twenty years, on vehicles purchased new and kept for that length of time. In the case of the 911, I had tried three dealers in my area, all with disappointing results. Porsche Irvine was a refreshing change. Every part of the experience from the onlne appointment, to the greeting by my service advisor, to the quality of work performed, to the convenient transport arrangement while my car was at the dealer were all first class experiences. A special thanks to my service advisor, Yves. From his documenting of my problem, to taking photos prior to service, to his excellent follow up and statusing, and delivery of the finished car, he was exceptional. No upselling, no suggesting work I didn't need, no new problems when I picked up the car, just a clean professional service experience. I am delighted to have found a dealer I can trust.

visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. The selling price of the cars appears to be higher than competitors. A one-price no negotiations is also a form of monopoly especially when multiple dealers with the same brands are owned by AutoNation.
